Love that this Starbucks is so close to my work and they are so efficient in the morning. And they know how to make my coffee. Also, I would love to give 5 stars to the barista who drew this cute cat on my cup. Made my day! šø

The team at Clift farms was beyond rude at each visit 3 days in a row. As a former Starbucks partner, it was very disheartening to be treated so poorly.

I can't even give a star for the food. We didn't get anything. I'd give no stars for anything, if I could. October 27, 2024 around 4:15 pm. There was a guy and a girl working. My daughter and I were the only ones in line. The guy was about to get off of work. The girl asked to take our order. All we asked for was a frappuccino. That's it. Nobody else in line. Ordered just one thing. She told me that the guy was getting off of work, and she will be by herself, and that's too much for her to make. What?! That's her job. Not even an, "I'm sorry," or anything at all. We were shocked. I've seen 1 person working with a long line and still get orders out. I wonder what WOULDN'T be too much for her to make? We went to another Starbucks.

If I could give it a zero I would ran into the rudest cashier as Iām standing in line with a protein box and I tell her my order then when Iām done, she says let me scan and Iām like scan what she makes this weird, ugly annoyed face and then I looked down. Iām like oh the protein box and she just stares off into cyberspace like AI control robot

It took them an hour to make 2 black coffee's which would take me about 2 minutes to do so. The place looks like a playground where they keep splashing me with water spray and laugh about it. Mind you this happened 3 times. Please this is the one place I can't change, and it is close to where I work. fix it!!!!!!!

My son and I were served by 2 young ladies.
The person who was serving us spoke so quietly, I couldnāt hear what she was saying. I had to ask her twice to repeat herself. It was awkward.
Then when she was getting my change, she was quietly laughing with her co-worker and taking quite some time to give me my change so we could be on our way.
I found the whole experience quite bizarre.
We were the only customers there, there were 2 staff, we only wanted to buy 1 cookie, it should have been an easy, quick transaction. ?

Starbucks at Target is a favorite for sure! They always know exactly how I like my Americano! They are kind, attentive and they get it right!

They had a pow wow and cutting up before doing anything after I had ordered. And then Only 1 out of the 3 decided to work with a very long line piling up. She ( only one with red hair) was very rude and threw our drink down on the counter a little to aggressively.
Staff was very rude and really acted like she did not want to be there.

This place has got to be the most overrated brand ever. The wait time is so bad always, and I understand you always have customers, but we can straight up see people who arenāt working. Along with this, the prices are so so over what the norm could be. There are so many local coffee shops that do not get nearly the attention this overpriced place does. Their drinks donāt even taste the same each time. Last time, I got the cookie crumble and it was literally shaved ice with whipped cream. No sweetness. To top the cherry, they support a country that I cannot agree with. If youāre going to do all of this, at least be discreet. No hate Starbucks, but you could definitely benefit with some lower prices. #ceasefire

Extremely disappointed. No one in line in front of me or behind me when face-to-face inside the store. Was told it would be at least 15 min for my one order of coffee due to online mobile orders. Wow - this is absolutely terrible customer service. I was speechless - I am really hoping this is not the norm.

Disrespectfully slow. I ordered for in store pick in store my drink sat in the drive thru window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and asked my name. I wouldāve asked for refund but had somewhere to be.

Never a great experience. I retry the Starbucks every time I go to this target and itās always bad. Iāve been going for years and itās always understaffed even before Covid, they never make my drink right and itās SO SLOW. Like Iām saying 5 minutes for a couple drinks.
