3/5 for just wait time. 15 minute wait for a muffin to be warmed up. Maybe next time I’ll just get it cold .I think it may just be they were just behind. Service was good.

Oh course the coffee Is good, but I always say they could have bigger sizes for the cost. They should increase the size and Lower the prices.

I went on a Thursday and got GREAT service from an elderly lady. The next day (Friday) I was greeted by a he/she who treated me like I was stupid. NO communication skills whatsoever. They walked away and I waited at the register 10min before anyone came to help.
There were at least 3 girls working (besides the dude) and 2 of them were avoiding any sort of work but also wouldn't acknowledge me.
If I thought a manager would help at all Id say something.. but it appears as no one here tonight would be any help. With a big name like "STARBUCKS" I doubt anyone cares about customer service on the top end, as they'll continue to make money, regardless. HOWEVER, I will not be recommending this location to anyone. Might I suggest the WAFFLE HOUSE instead?

Pulled up last night about 5 minutes before close. Was behind a mom van who was taking ages to order, asking questions and such because whatever she wanted to order was already out as of earlier that afternoon. The clock on my phone was 8:27 when I pulled up for my turn and was immediately told “We closed at 8:30, cannot take your order.” I was the only person in line at this point and the only person in front of me was the car whose occupant took ages to order. But I realized there was nothing to be done. But then, as I had no choice but drive around through the drive through lane, I realized I was literally stuck behind the same car that took 5-6 minutes to place an order. I had to sit behind that car for 10 more minutes. The least the barista could have done was offer me a muffin or something, some already prepared drink. I would have paid. Nobody was behind me. I have routinely bought Starbucks gift cards and taken my daughters for a coffee but no more. I discovered White Bison last night as a result of how badly Starbucks barista behaved. How rude and annoyed she sounded. Truth be told, I’ve worked retail too and have been annoyed by last minute customers but if they come in or pull up before closing time, they deserve yo be served with a good attitude. She didn’t even apologize for having closed, she openly displayed annoyance instead. That is where it got me. Had she been apologetic and said “Company policy says we have to cut off orders now, I’m sorry” I would not have been bothered. But her open rudeness was a bit much. Plus she missed out on a decent tip. I was going to double price of order for a tip because of my last few minutes before 8:30 visit.

We visited the Hwy 72 location in Madison on the evening of Thanksgiving, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. We weren't there anytime, but it was an impactful visit.

Normally I have a great experience here. I enjoy meeting friends here as it has plenty of seating and even a few outdoor tables. But this morning we ordered a cream crunch and a caramel ribbon crunch. My son picked up the order. He assumed I screwed up the order and ordered him a caramel ribbon crunch along with my own. So he grabbed them and drove the 20 mins to get home. When he got home, I showed him the order and showed him the label. It was clearly marked "Vt Crm Crnch Crmfr" = Venti Cream Crunch Cream Frappuccino (see picture below). We weren't going to drive all the way back to get the correct order. And on top of that, neither of our drinks had any "crunch" in them - no toffee bits at all and that's the best part of the drink! (Edited to add - after drinking my drink, I did find a few pieces of toffee...like 5 or 6 lol) Not sure if it was a new employee but I told my son to check the labels closely next time and not be afraid to tell them and have them remake it as he doesn't like coffee.

I order the same thing every time I come. Mocha frap no whip extra Ice because I don’t like my frap super liquidy and a chocolate chip cookie not warmed up. I hate the chocolate melted. I got to the window and the cookie was heated up, I told the woman I asked for it not heated. She apologized and then took the cookie back. Then I sat for like 10min in the drive through until she came back with my drink and cookie. I pulled away and took a drink and it was like having an iced coffee because it was so liquid. And the cookie was obviously the same cookie she handed me before because the middle was still warm and the chocolate was melted. So basically instead of just grabbing another cookie she let it sit for a min and just gave it back. We pay ALOT at these coffee shops so to try to trick me was BS. I should have gone back but I was late from sitting there so long. So thanks for having me pay for something I had to throw away because Iam a picky eater.

OLIVIA. Olivia at the hwy 72 location next to petco/ulta/panera bread (across from clift farms) is THE reason i will continue to go back. She works at the starbucks in target. She was swamped and was also talking to a coworker about closing duties. She did everything at once. Truly a great multitasker. She was out of some of the things i get in my usual drink - so she made suggestions to make it still taste sweet like i enjoyed. She really went above and beyond for me. I had had a really bad day and desperately just needed someone to be kind for me. Thank you Olivia!!!
