Usually, I would rate most Starbucks between 4 or 5 stars. However, this one seems to get worse by the week. Today's (Oct 28) beverages were not good. My wife's drink was made wrong. It was supposed to be a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap, and its color was way off and barely any carmel or crunch topping. The drink was too light in color, and she dumped it out at home in frustration. My Mocha tasted like milk. It's almost like someone forgot the Mocha part of the drink. I had to add a packet of hot chocolate just to make it palatable. Definitely not the quality we expect. Very disappointed.

Came through the drive through at 7:45 PM but window says they are closed. Stated hours say they close at 8PM so they must have closed early. Door was locked. Can’t do business if you aren’t open stated hours.

They have a special staff at this location that deserve recognition from management and corporate for being so positive and caring. Seriously. When you get the lines and business that all Starbucks get, it is truly impressive to see staff have the level of customer service and exceptional kindness that the employees here have. ?
To add on to my original note about the exceptional service (2024) I've also ordered here multiple times for pickup & drive through and always had a correct order and full cup!! ? I love this location!

If I could give no stars, I would!!! After numerous of orders being made from Starbucks in general. I know what my coffee orders should take like… my order have been wrong or just poorly made the few couple times coming. I just life and they gave me a cup full of foam as a hot matcha latte! Lbs barely any liquid , all foam… I went inside to have it remade just to get it back and it taste watered down.. I get a shot of espresso added so my matcha has a very distinct taste.. it taste like she just added hot water to my cup.. & we not gone talk about how freaking long the wait it in the drive through OMG!!! So after eating 35/40 mins for my drink & it was wrong!!! I’m pissed .. to say the least I’m never going back to this location!!
Location is fine whenever open, but they’re always randomly closed due to staffing issues. It’s very unprofessional. Wish there was another location closer by because i would just skip this location altogether.
I hate this location. Ugh they always have me in line from 7:05 til 7:40 I hate hate hate this location. Just close it down!!!!!!! Like what’s the point of 3 cars in drive through if we still wait 40 fkn mins!!! Omg!! Change the management!! Asap!!!!!!
Update: they started to get better with time, but pull up at 7:03 4th car in line, and didn’t get to the window until 7:22.
Spent half an hour stuck in the drive thru for a mobile order. Barista didn’t even bother to look at me when she handed me a cup dripping with condensation, not bothering to even give me a napkin. Drink was made incorrectly to boot. What a joke.

Unfortunate doesn't begin to describe it. Starbucks caters to customers that pay a higher price as a tradeoff for service and quality. When the service is lacking and the quality drops, we're left with expensive, slow to deliver, unhappy products.
Management is always the explanation given. I have to say, if you're struggling to find management at a high traffic, prime real estate location, something more serious is happening.

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew via the app and when I arrived there was only an empty(!!) cup. The barista was waiting for me, thinking that if he made it ahead of time, the foam would melt. I was impressed and wanted to commend his professionalism and consideration.

Won't be returning. Waited in line at the drive thru for 40 minutes to pick up an order I'd sent in ahead of time. When I got to the window they were, somehow, still working on our order.
My shaken espresso was bitter, and the cup was about an inch shy of full. My food item was barely warm, and tasted like it had been sitting for a while.
Sucks. This is the closest location to us, but I can't do their prices with this level of service.

Whoever is managing this Starbucks is doing a HORRIBLE job. The store is closed even if it says it’s open. They recently closed for almost a week. Now they don’t open at 5am and they close at 12-1-00pm
