I ordered 3 footlong subs and they were all made to perfection. Employees were super nice and friendly.
I would recommend this location to everyone.

Disgusting Place. Owner has belly ache when we try to use Subway Coupons. Attitude is not customer friendly. Not a great place. Try to stay away from this location. For veggies they put 2 pieces of spinach 2 pieces of olives 2 pieces of cucumber. If these guys don’t like Subway coupons that come in the mail as part of corporate sales campaigns why don’t they put a sign that says coupons not accepted. End of story. With the number of negative reviews it hard to believe how this place is still in business. They should be long gone.

If I could rate 0, I would. Ordered through Uber Eats, called about my order and they claimed they don’t accept Uber Eats orders. They received the order but the owner tells them do not make it because they don’t have an account with Uber.

Order 4 sandwiches ,w were steak and cheese with extra meat. Called and asked about it, there was not extra meat on the 2 sandwiches. That sss $4.00 each will never order at this location. Again, sad spend $60 bucks and food was not up to par.

DO NOT ORDER WITH UBER EATS!
They will say they do not accept uber eats and will tell you to cancel the order. Then when you cancel the order uber will not refund you the order because they say the restaurant has already made the food.
What a scam!

Ordered through the app for delivery. After 45 minutes of waiting, I checked the app for an update and found the order was canceled because the store didn't accept the order. I talked to the store about a refund, they wouldn't help and directed me to corporate, I talked to the corporate office and they said I had to deal with the store.
This was my first time visiting the Subway in Madison, as I’m from Decatur and was just passing through. Unfortunately, my experience was so bad that I will never return, and I want to warn others about this location.
Before heading there, I called to confirm they had veggie patties since another Subway I visited didn’t have them. The person on the phone assured me they did, so I made the trip. When I arrived, an older, short woman with black hair took my order. I specifically asked for a veggie patty sandwich and clearly told her everything I wanted on it.
At one point, I couldn’t see her making the sandwich because of the silver divider at the counter. Later, when she moved it forward, I could see the sandwich, but I wasn’t paying close attention because I was busy telling her what I wanted on it. I trusted that she had put the veggie patties on the sandwich.
After I paid and opened the sandwich, I realized there were no veggie patties. I went back to the counter, waited in line for about 10 minutes, and let her know about the mistake. Instead of apologizing, she got defensive and said, “You asked for a vegetarian sandwich.” I corrected her immediately and said, “No, I specifically asked for a veggie patty sandwich.”
She seemed irritated, grabbed the veggie patties, and heated them in the microwave. When she was about to put the warm patties on the cold sandwich that had been sitting on the counter, I immediately stopped her and said, “No, you are not going to do that. I’m not about to eat a cold sandwich with warm patties.” I told her, “You’re either going to redo the sandwich completely or give me my money back.” Reluctantly, she remade the sandwich but continued to act annoyed throughout the process.
To make things worse, she then tried to charge me an extra $1.14! I asked her if she was the one who answered the phone earlier, and she said no. I specifically asked the other employee, who had been silent the entire time, if she was the one I spoke to on the phone. Even though I mentioned at least three times that I had called ahead, this lady stayed silent and said nothing. Only after I directly confronted her did she finally admit it was her and confirmed that I had asked for a veggie patty sandwich.
When I pointed this out, the older woman with black hair tried to excuse her mistake by saying, “Oh, I must have misheard her,” but she never apologized. The silent employee’s refusal to speak up and the lack of accountability from both workers was infuriating.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. For a first-time visitor, being treated this way was unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I see this location has a pattern of rude employees, mistakes with orders, and terrible service.
I have over 140,000 TikTok followers, and I will make sure they know about this experience. I will never return to this Subway, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location. Save your time, money, and patience—this place is not worth it!
