Best al pastor I've ever had in my life!
The marinade went hard on the flavors, and i could clearly taste the sweetness of pineapple in addition to the standard spices. Furthermore, the meat itself was pulled but not completely; so i got nice bitty bite sized pieces with excellent char on them! I'll be going back for the Al PASTOR! 🔥🔥🔥
I got 5 tacos & a drink special: 2 pastor, 2 lengua, and a chicken fajita. The lengua was excellent...
