This food truck is the BEST in the Huntsville area! I mean great tasting food made fresh to order. Valentina is super sweet and friendly. Husband and I sat there and ate and had to place an order to go for later! That's how good the food was. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

The marinade went hard on the flavors, and i could clearly taste the sweetness of pineapple in addition to the standard spices. Furthermore, the meat itself was pulled but not completely; so i got nice bitty bite sized pieces with excellent char on them! I'll be going back for the Al PASTOR! 🔥🔥🔥
