They said they would sprinkle the pineapple on the pizza after baking it… says pineapple can’t even go in the oven. The server brought the cold pineapple on the side. And i still had to pay for these that i didn’t even eat or take it to go.

Easily one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. We spent the evening at Valentina’s by Joe Carlucci and honestly, it was unforgettable—from the food, to the wine, to the people. We kicked things off with a bottle of Postmark Cabernet Sauvignon, which was the perfect pairing for the Burrata & Prosciutto di Parma. The burrata was fresh and creamy, the prosciutto practically melted, and the roasted red peppers added just the right touch of sweetness. It was a perfect way to start. Then came The Our Town pizza—Joe Carlucci’s award-winning creation that earned him the title of 2023 Pizza Maker of the Year. It absolutely lived up to the hype. The crust had that ideal wood-fired texture, the sausage was loaded with flavor, and the whipped peppadew ricotta on top? Game changer. But the real star of the night? The tiramisu. And I don’t say this lightly—it was the best tiramisu I’ve ever eaten. Light, rich, and balanced with just the right hit of espresso and cocoa. It was absolute perfection. We also tried the cannoli flight and loved being able to sample the different toppings—each one was delicious. On top of all that, the service made the night even better. Nikki, our server, was flawless—genuine, attentive, and kind. And getting to meet Joe Carlucci himself was the icing on the cake. You can feel the pride and heart he pours into this place. This wasn’t just dinner—it was a full experience. Great people, an inviting atmosphere, and food that makes you slow down and savor every bite. We can’t wait to come back.

The owner is incredibly rude and treats customers badly. The pizza is average at best. No idea why anyone would recommend this place, there are much better pizza places in Huntsville.

Pizza shouldnt need to include religion or politics to get your statement across . It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere, sure yall knew that though. Do better , let’s keep it out of the food. Also the pizza was absolutely disgusting, politics and religion aside, a complete waste of money. A hot and ready pizza would’ve tasted better than this place and hot and ready is quite nasty if I do say so myself. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. Try Sam and Greg’s for a good oven baked pizza and family friendly environment

I recently had a disappointing experience with Valentina’s Pizza in Alabama. The pizza arrived cold, which made it unpleasant to eat, as the cheese was barely melted and the crust soggy. What made it worse was that the pizza boxes had pictures of Donald Trump and other controversial figures printed on them. It was completely inappropriate and off-putting to have political imagery shoved into my meal delivery. On top of that, I ordered a dozen garlic knots but only received 11. Overall, this experience left me frustrated, and I won’t be ordering from Valentina’s again. There are better options out there for both quality food and service
