wanted a real diner experience like back when i was a kid in my hometown. we were a party of 4. had an ol’ lady take our orders. she was the kind you can’t get a smile out of unless you tickle her.😂 she was as authentic as you can expect. ordered the cheesesteak and cheese breakfast and upgraded to the delmonico steak. took a little bit longer but we didn’t mind at all. all staff were female and they were working that grill like nobody’s business. kudos to them. food was delish, and the vibe was diner-like! i’d come back when given the chance.

I recently visited this Waffle house at 2:23 in the morning. The problem wasn't in the taste of the food. Nor was it with the chef, but rather the servers These two black women were too busy on a phone call to properly.Bring our food out before it got cold.As I waited for the rest of my word to come out by the time, they actually realized that they didn't give it to me because they were too busy on the phone.My food was cold just overall dissatisfied.

When we first went inside we were ignored, then when I went to use the restroom I had to practically hold my breath the whole time because even before I entered the actual bathroom itself the smell was so horrific my stomach turned upside down. Then when I finally got my food, after waiting for 25 minutes, not only was the food not what I ordered, it wasn't the way I had ordered it and it was ice cold. when I sent it back she actually gave me a huge attitude, and then to top it all off the supposed remake of my food was just as cold and cooked just as wrong as the first one. And getting her attention was actually impossible, I had to ask the dish guy once, and the cook twice for things that I needed because she was too busy hanging out at the complete other end of the restaurant talking to the other waitress and two other customers. I honestly wish I could give this place a negative star review. And to think, we were stuck in Huntsville over night with our son in the emergency room and we only had $30 dollars on us and we actually entded up having to pay 20 dollars for the absolutely worst food I have ever gotten before, that by the way I wasn't even able to eat, and we didn't even have any money to get anything else, we had to use the rest for gas to get home. Go to this Waffle House at your own risk!!!

This Waffle house has no class, and showed no professionalism at all. I clearly walked in and was not greeted at all, but to make matters worse, two guys came in after me and was greeted right away and submitted there order immediately before anyone asked me anything. The manager needs to be held accountable, I will not repeat will never be treated this way again, i left to go support another restaurant that has more class. Thanks Waffle house for wasting my time.

Roach infested, crawling around the food, and on or around dishes. Servers half clean dishes after customers eat and drink with them. Servers and management here are extremely unprofessional, and do not want to serve customers. Hate their job.. but want you as customers to tip them, and keep providing business so they won't loose the job they hate so much.

We waited for a booth and they had 2 empty but had not been cleaned off (plates/cups/forks etc.) We waited for 20 minutes for them to clear those tables off and each of them were fully aware of it even the cook that asked if they were going to clear it. Very disappointing, we've always had good experiences at other locations but this one.

On a x country trip with my daughters and grandchildren, we stopped at Waffle House for breakfast before we split up and went different directions. The service was wonderfully welcoming and friendly. We were a larger group than the 4 top booths available, so we spilled out into a corner taking up room by the few counter chairs. A very nice gentleman who was drinking coffee at the counter offered very nicely to move around the corner to another seat at the counter, to accommodate us. Atmosphere went up a notch. The waitress showed interest in our travels and an older gentleman in the booth next to us stopped on his way out to compliment the joy and family comraderie he enjoyed while finishing his breakfast, listening to us. Atmosphere up another notch. Not much beats a southern breakfast with grits, in my book. We were all happy with our plates and a few had to take some home. Good eats. Wish there was a Waffle House in my neck of the woods.
Very courteous staff, food was hot and ready for an online order I had placed.

It’s waffle house, my expectations are not high. But this was by far the worst waffle house I have been to. Extremely slow service, which I typically try to excuse, but when I got my food my hash browns were completely BURNT. And the waffle? Not even fully cooked. If you’re going to be slow that’s fine, but you should at least serve a fully cooked waffle.

I was standing at the register for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Placed my order FINALLY and did NOT receive what i paid for. The customer service was terrible, restaurant was dirty and food was served cold.
