Slow service and the restaurant was in heavy need of cleaning in the back. Staff couldn't be bothered to do their jobs . That store is in a sad state.

Manager inside putting fries in boxes with bare hands. After cash handling. Not using tongs or scoop, literally just grabbing them and stuffing them in the box. She provably touched every fry they served in the 25 minutes I was watching. I had to walk out. No hair nets, no gloves, no concern for the safety of our food

We went to the drive thru to order our family frosties. We asked for two berry frosties that were on the menu and were told they don’t make them. Then she had out all mediums on there and didn’t ask sizes. When I saw the total, I asked them at the window and she said they assume people want mediums. I asked them to change to smalls and she said it was impossible. She was super rude about it. The pineapple frosty wasn’t even mixed.

Went here the other day and I still feel sick thinking about it. Never had a problem with drive thru pickup, husband placed an order for drive thru pickup and I thought the line was too long so he changed it to in store. I have NEVER seen so many flies in a store before the more I stood and waited on the food the more I didn’t want to eat it at all once I received it. Lady at the counter said she would be with me in a moment and it took around 10 mins and they put my meal on the counter, I was told to wait and was told nothing else I finally grabbed my food once realizing it was mine. I understand that sometimes flies make it into establishments but that is absurd. Once I finally got my food it was cold.

Went in during the dinner rush and there was a line inside. No one taking orders even though employees were standing around. Had to ask if anyone was taking orders for a lady start. Rough during a rush time to have folks standing around not working.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Everyone that has left a bad review is absolutely correct about this trash of a place. They should be shut down. I recently went there this past Tuesday night and the next morning, I was sick as a dog. I went to the ER the following day and it was confirmed I had food poisoning. I call Wendy's multiple times and got nothing, but attitude and lied to that upper management was going to call me. Did anyone call me? No. I wish they would get shutdown before they injured someone with the disgusting food.
