I have an order from this store it is 20+ minutes I am waiting here my order is just having drinks and 3 pc chicken strips, but the order was not even ready and employees were not helpful. I don't know how this restaurant can stay in business when it takes 30 minutes to order and get your food. I don’t know may be they don’t want any customers to come again.

I've been a Whataburger customer for over forty years, and I keep coming back because I love the food. Once again the food was good, but the service... I don't know how this restaurant can stay in business when it takes twenty minutes to order and get your food. It will be a long while before I return to this location.

Came here after work, was around 2 am, and my order was messed up. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up coming here after work. This time I ordered a #3 and a number #14. The #3 was correct and hot which was good, but the #14 was what was messed up. Supposed to be a 9 count and only got 5. Wasn’t sauced and didn’t get my extra sauce on side that I asked for.

The service is bad because they scam customers out of their money by having menu prices lower than what they charge at the window. I go to this location often but tonight I realized I was getting charged at least $4 more than the menu price. I ordered a meal for $7.59 but was charged $12.09. So I asked was I charge for sauce too. The guy says yes. He charged me 40 cents for a sauce after he had already charged me for 2 slices of cheese and a upcharge on onion rings. I told him I don't want the sauce so then it went down to $11.65. When I looked at the reciept, he charged me $9.59 for the meal. I don't like to look at a menu price then be charged a higher price when I pay. It should also be specified on the menu that sauces does not come with your meal.

Restaurant was in a state of disarray and although service was friendly mistakes were made. We were brought a strawberry soda instead of a strawberry shake and a plain cheese burger came fully loaded with mustard, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Food is great, juicy, and delicious but wayyyyyy overpriced, and the employees are. Don't even get me started. Iv worked at 3 Whataburger locations so understand what the environment is like. That being said there is no excuse for the utter disrespect these people give. Horrible customer service and just straight up rude. Every single time I go to ANY Whataburger the employees are so rude and disrespectful.

The Whataburger on Hwy 72 in Madison, Alabama, is a lesson in patience—for all the wrong reasons. The service is painfully slow, with workers seeming completely disinterested in speaking to customers or Dashers waiting for their orders. The lack of acknowledgment is astonishing.

While standing there waiting, I observed customers leaving out of frustration, and the manager didn’t even attempt to engage or apologize. It’s a clear display of indifference toward customer service, leaving people feeling ignored and undervalued.

This is incredibly disappointing for a brand like Whataburger. Whether you’re a paying customer or a delivery driver just trying to do their job, the experience here is far from what anyone should expect. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve because this level of neglect is unacceptable.

Nothing earth-shattering, but it was good food and reasonable service. Came in on Thanksgiving Day and got the apple cranberry salad.
The customers in front of us did affect the atmosphere though. It was 4 middle aged people with a little more complex order. I think they and the staff had some difficulty understanding each other (some kind of accent on both parts). I believe several items on the order were repeated or changed in the process. Also, in sitting a few tables over, it felt like every time something else was brought out, some part of it was wrong. Not sure who was right or wrong, but it did affect the atmosphere.

I placed a delivery order and while the food was good, I noticed a piece of red hair at the bottom of the bag. As well as a broken rubber band with hair attached wrapped in with my burger. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is a safety concern and it’s extremely unsanitary. Please ensure proper measures, like wearing hairnets and securing hair, are being followed to prevent this in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered online and was presented missing items in one of my kids meals. Went into the store and was met with instant attitude. After I asked for what I paid for, I was still not given the correct items. I gave an extra star then what is deserved because my love for the chain. However, this ain’t the location to go to. Take your money elsewhere and get treated with dignity and respect and get what you paid for.

Absolutely dreadful! Sausage egg wrap was dripping! Yes, watery!! I was first in line at the drive-thru, I had to pull up to sidewalk and waited and waited. She finally brings food out and it’s not my order. Waited and waited. She didn’t apologize or ask if I needed anything! Businesses in customer service need a lesson from 5- 20 years ago! They will never make it.
