We went for dinner last night and the food and service were incredible! We had the polenta fries, chicken piccata and chicken parm and it was all great!!
we had a great dinner tonight. food was excellent and very flavorful. everyone was extremely friendly and outgoing. stop by and enjoy.

Zanotta's Ristorante is a cute little authentic Italian restaurant in historic downtown Madison with a cozy building and a truly charming, welcoming atmosphere. The food is fantastic, with delicious dishes and savory flavors. The risotto with the crispy chicken was phenomenal, and the Chicken piccata pasta is enjoyed with wine and tiramisu for dessert. The menu is simple and thoughtfully curated; each dish is made with care and intention, with rich, fresh flavors that are comforting and satisfying. The service is fantastic, with staff who are so nice and attentive, even double checking for food allergies. The atmosphere is amazing, featuring a live jazz band that feels truly authentic, and the various cocktails are superb, including a limoncello. The experience has been compared to the 2007 Disney Pixar film Ratatouille, feeling like dining at Chef Gusteau’s restaurant. Highly recommended, and guests will definitely be back.
