All Original - Mccalla

Quite dissappointed in the spaghetti dinner from All Original and forgetting our 2 liter drink. The plate looked normal at first glance. Then noticed the 5 meatballs were cut in thin halves! Having to cut costs I'm assuming, but still charging $14.. Just to clarify, I called and asked to speak to a manager before giving a bad review. Hoping it was a mixup, but the young lady on the phone told me they quit using whole meatballs a year or two ago due to complaints of them being a *choking hazard*? I stated my disappointment of the food and service to the lady on the phone, but she seemed to care less and just wanted me off the phone. The utter disregard for my complaint is what sealed the deal for us to not eat here anymore.

First time eating here. Food was really good. Only two issues: they don’t accept tap nor did they have spinach as an add on. Other than this it was a really good experience. I ordered two large specialty pizzas (chicken Alfredo pizza and a meat lovers pizza), 20 wings and garlic bread.

I’m a little surprised seeing a couple of negative reviews. I’ve been a customer for at least 10 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been super friendly and the food is always great! Hands down one of my favorite places to eat!

Ordered large pizza and garlic bread. Pizza was barely cut and cheese was halfway melted and garlic bread had no garlic on it and was soggy and floppy and cold.

Absurd. My husband ordered pizza at 6:58 PM tonight. He was given an hour delivery time. 20 minutes later he was in the back yard with the dogs, then at 30 minutes he received a call from the store. He missed the call and called right back. The incredibly rude man on the phone said the driver was here knocking on the door then when my husband didn't come to the door that he called several times. My husband didn't have any miss calls nor was he expecting pizza in 20 minutes, hence being in the back yard. He told the guy that he still wanted the pizza & the guy said he'd send the driver back to us. Mind you, the man couldn't have gotten more than 10 minutes away at this point IF he was here while the store was calling. I digress. At an hour & half after ordering the pizza I contacted the store. A female answers and puts me on hold to check on the delivery then after about 20 seconds the line goes dead. I called back and rude guy answers & I give him my address, tell him I'm checking on pizza, and told him I had just called and was hung up on. His reply was "oh I just hung up on you". Duh. I ask again where the pizza is & he said he spoke to my husband and that multiple calls to my husband had been made and someone was trying to deliver the food. I told him it's simply not factual and he said "I'm not going to argue with you. I know what I was told." I said, well it wasn't factual information that we had zero missed calls and I just needed to know where the pizza was. He said the "order that was given" was the driver was to bring the food back but "I don't know where it is but I gave the order". I said okay can you check on it? He said "like I explained to him before we called several times and he didn't answer so I called while he was there from the store and told my driver to leave". Again, if he was here to deliver while we're all on the phone ... then deliver. I asked if we just needed to get food from somewhere else and he said "if you'd let me do my job I could figure it out". I said, well you aren't doing your job though so I just need to know if we should get food from somewhere else. He kept saying let me do my job & then said "if you would stop whining". Then I was done, told him to keep his **** pizza. I never raised my voice, unlike the individual screaming on the other end of a pizza shop. My husband tried to call back
Multiple times and they were blocking his number. We did eventually get a call back from the female there who is lovely. My husband explained that she could check all call logs and see the timing and the fact that no one called him from our driveway. We also have multiple cameras to back up these facts. We just moved to this area and would love to support a local pizza shop, but we ordered from Marcos and will continue to do so. Maybe that will allow him more time to do his job, horribly, and talk to other adults like trash. Marcos is great. 10/10.

Side note - I read the previous review and it's spot on! NEVER called, NEVER knocked. Cameras will show this.

Called in order was told how long it would be ready got there Pizza was ready and hot looked delicious got home it was still hot and it tasted as good as it looked . Hoping to go back. Got the Carnivore Pizza.

I was originally gonna make this review days earlier but I forgot until now. Never coming here again. Waited a long time to find out my order was sitting in their bag area even though I arrived 20-30 minutes before they said it was ready. Very stingy on the toppings it had maybe 4 pieces of beef and sausage on the pizza which personally is outrageous for a large pizza, pizza overall isn’t anything special, normally I’d support small businesses but this one is just a mess. Marco’s Pizza or Subway serves better pizza than this place. My sister recommended this place to me and trust I have a few words to say to her. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

terrible i ordered sub and wings paid full amount of course, driver showed up with sub only, tried to run back for wings, i did not have another hour, was charged for both and offered no compensation for wings i did not receive, Total rip off!!!!!! i won’t order again

Ordered 2 calzones. One meat lovers and the other supreme. Received 2 pepperoni. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered and got whatever. Whenever they get it right it’s great. Roll the dice.

We ordered some cheese bread with bacon, A "thin and crispy" pizza, and some wings. The best part of all was the cheese bread with bacon. After that..... Meh is the best I can say. The "thin and crispy" pizza lacked the crispy part. It was thin but it was not thoroughly cooked much less crispy. flimsy dough. The wings were some of the worst I've had. They too were undercooked. Highly doubt we will be getting food from this establishment again.
