So I’ve been a long time customer of this establishment. However, the service I received this evening was unacceptable. First of all, the phones were not working properly once again, so they did not hear me tell them delivery. So I got home waited for an hour and had to call back. I was informed that I had to go back out to town and pick it up. Secondly, I get there and my order is wrong. I guess they didn’t hear me when I called due to the static on the phones. I asked for a refund and the young lady at the front was very rude about it. I told her to forget the refund. However I will definitely think twice about ordering again. I’m all for supporting local, but maybe I should take my business else where.

Ive seen some of the workers smoking near the oven and near where they hold the food container things. It absolutely disgusts me, the food is good but the staff and management are really rude. I’d only recommend going for the food don’t even try conversations with them.

The pizza here is honestly amazing. The staff are really friendly too. The wait time tends to be about 30 minutes but the wait is always worth it. If you have an issue with staying in there for 30 minutes just call ahead of time or when you order leave a number so you can leave for a bit and come back when they call.

I was told pizza had to be remade when I arrived for pick up. After returning 15 minutes later, I was given a semi warm pizza with a soggy crust that I couldn't eat. Poor product from this business. Wish I had not tipped them. Won't go back there.

I’ve been ordering pizza from them for 20 years. It’s been pretty consistent while many surrounding establishments have changed. When I order All Original, I do it for the convenience and because they make a good pizza for a good price.

We have enjoyed the food but the service has spiraled downwards big time. The order times are taking longer and longer. That is fine if I was aware ahead of time but you will order and it states 30 minutes. Then once you arrive you wait another 30 minutes for your food.

We order from this establishment a lot. 3-4 times a month, sometimes more. The service and quality of the food has went downhill fast. My last 3 orders were not ready in the 30 minutes I was told, sometimes it was as much as 50 minutes to an hour. It is very disorganized inside and I'm always asked what I ordered when I check in, even when y'all have those little slips of paper taped to the orders on the rack ? I've started to select extra pasta sauce when I order pasta because if I don't, it's so dry it's inedible. My family really enjoys your food but the whole experience is extremely frustrating we're about ready to just give up on y'all for good. Currently waiting on yet another LATE order.

The food is fantastic don't get me wrong but recently they keep losing orders and taking awhile to get the food but they handle it well and compensate for the missing orders and long wait times all in all definitely give it a try it's worth

Came in on August 31,2023. The picture of my steak hoagie was suppost to have extra steak, cheese and mushrooms. If you look closely there is nothing extra on it at all. Asked for no onions or peppers, got them both. Ive been doing business here since the early 2000's since it was my friend Shane Lewis place. It's never consistant. I love this place but, sometimes you have to just cut ties with places.
