When I requested condiments, the drive-thru staff member directed me to go inside. I sensed possible racial undertones. Dissatisfied employees should explore new job opportunities.

My family visited this location on our road trip to Texas. We actually came out of our way just for Bojangles, only to be sadly disappointed with the food and service. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful to my aunt and uncle when paying for our food-- which was a tailgate box. We were asked to pull forward to bring our food out while she had it sitting in the window exchanging the drink she gave us to what we actually wanted. She didn't want to give us the pink lemonade we wanted vs the tea. She said she couldn't give us plates, cups, nor eating utensils because we weren't dining in, all for patrons dining in to say, she couldn't give them out bc you have to pay for them. Never in the history of Bojangles have I ever heard that!! Our food was cold, and my auntie was so hurt bc she loves Bojangles. Let me not forget to mention the 3 to 4 other employees that were hanging out by the trash dumpsters with the cooking aprons on while they smoke and chat!
