father's day 2025. placed my order and the receipt showed 11:22 am and it was a 91 and change order. they ain't cheap, but they are incompetent. Was told to pull forward. waited 30 minutes. gave plenty time to prepare the 20 piece mix box and a chicken finger box. backed up to the window, they didn't even know I was waiting. took my receipt and I waited another 15 min before being told to come inside. I get inside and there are multiple customers waiting and several trying to get their orders sorted. they said they were gonna refund me after me waiting 45 minutes outside. I stood in the store another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my refund all while the employees all blamed each other. terrible service. terrible attitudes. multiple people walked out after one employee said we need to just shut down the entire lobby. the manager said she couldn't as she was fumbling with getting my refund. entire place needs an overhaul regarding their staff.

Got a sausage biscuit and Bo rounds. Food was ok, rounds a little greasy, lady at drive thru was ok. It wouldn’t hurt them to get their grass cut every once in awhile.

Left me waiting in parking spot 1 for 20 minutes for my wings until I went in only to find out they had no wings. Gave me 2 breast and a leg and that was ok until I got home and tasted it! It was fried in old grease and was so hot(spicy) we could not eat. I wasted 30 minutes and $22 and had to go back out to get something to eat! Very bad experience

Good customer service, but the food were fried in old grease and scorch, very unable to eat. The rice was dry and the fries were stale and tasted old! Worst food that I have ever eaten at a Bojangles

I visited Bojangles for the first time in at least 15 years. I went specifically to try the BoBerry Sausage biscuit, but I also decided to get some other breakfast items because of the long wait.

The lobby was closed (at 9:15am), so I waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru before ordering. The cashier was very friendly but clearly frustrated with the lack of help. When she handed me the order, all of my items were jammed into one bag, so it would have been difficult (and probably messy) to pull everything out to check the accuracy. I then asked for a receipt, but she said the printer wasn't working, so I asked her to repeat my order back. She correctly listed the four items I ordered, which left me feeling satisfied my order was accurate.

When I got home, three of my four items were correct, but the BoBerry Sausage biscuit was missing sausage. Again, this was the reason I decided to give Bojangles a try again after all this time. I can't call the company because I don't have a receipt, and I wasn't going to drive back over there with my food just to wait in the drive-thru for another 20 minutes while my stomach growls.

Instead, I'm leaving this review. And I won't go back to Bojangles again, unless someone from the company responds to this review with contact info.

One bad apple spoils the bunch. Most of the people that work here are hard-working and very, very nice. But the one white woman who appears to be a manager is the absolute worst and does not deserve to be in her position. Today after sitting at the drive-through with no acknowledgment for eight minutes I pull forward. She tells me that I have to drive back around because they are too swamped.The line is wrapped around the building. That’s not the way to handle the situation. Another time she told my wife to order a three-piece tender snack, but the way she charged it. It was more than if she got the three-piece tender meal when we pointed it out that that didn’t make any sense she got pissed off.

Horrible drive thru customer service this morning. We ordered three chicken sandwiches and dude was so nasty, we drove off.

Doesn’t use the same tenders as the restaurants in neighboring states. I prefer to drive to Monroe and eat there or just get it to go.

There's never enough staff, so they are doing the best they can. Often, there's no chicken or very limited amounts. They are doing ALL they can with what they have.
