They hopefully are short-handed. If not, I would have taken off one star. They took a while to realize or acknowledge I had come in the restaurant. I got the Cajun Fillet biscuit that poor chicken had been cooked for a while, it was pretty dry. Condiments they ain't no stinkin condiments. And the lady that handed me my bisuit taters and coffee disappeared like Casper the Ghost into the back. They have killed the music in the dining room for some reason.

The food was great, people were really nice. They were very short handed. They definitely need extra help. I felt so sorry for them. They were very polite and kept reassuring they were doing their best.
