The restaurant was dirty. There was no ice in the front of house soda machine. When I pressed the button for coke I got fruit punch and my food was served to me ice cold. This is the actual worst burger king in existence, I've been to locations all over the country.

Burger king food is already passable in most cases, just your average fast food burger or chicken that's mostly overpriced. In this location, food is even worse then normal, because it's often overdone with condiments, bread is very soggy, etc.
Wait times are kind of ridiculous in situations, and they're often out of stuff. One time they were out of burgers. The burger king is out of burgers? The management is just really poor too, and most of the employees are rude and unprofessional, and look, I get it's a crappy wage job, but theres no discipline at all or urgency to actually deliver orders, which becomes inexcusable at a point.
Overall, avoid it, go to the McDonalds across the street.

What's the deal with crappy straws. Your not even allowed to have paper straws anymore. So technically your braking the law Paper straws are banned its an executive order by thr president.

I had a really great experience from customer service, friendliness, food, condiments, and just about everything else. Saw the low ratings and I disagree. My only problem was long lines but it was worth it!

Went through drive through and ordered three whooper with cheese meals. Sandwiches drenched with condiments and bread was drenched too. What happened to pride in making meals? Once upon a time service was good and food was delicious. Now, food drenched with mayonnaise until bread is wet! Prices paid and quality of food and service is awful! Manager need to retrain staff or another manager needs hired. No one likes bread on a sandwich drenched with condiments!

Order was wrong, had to ask for every single thing, with receipt in hand, was offered nothing for the trouble of having to make 5 trips to the front counter, employees was to busy talking about everything but work, to know what they were doing, burgers was made wrong.

If you got to this location and use the kiosk make sure you print your receipt. I didn't even get 1/4 of what I pd for without it. My custom burger was right but the other 3 things weren't there. I eventually left without a drink for the meal

Let me give you my honest review on this place and everyone should know about it ,
The food was actually good nothing wrong with it , but here is the errors I saw
First there was only 3 people working One in the drive-thru One of the kitchen and one on their phone , they were not taking anyone's order if you have to order you got to do it on the touch screen and a lot of people were coming in don't know how to use it they just walked out they simply don't want to take orders, And there was two people coming interviews they were sitting down and they were waiting as I had my lunch for 30 minutes and I've been watching that nobody cared about them and they just got up and left
This place is in a very good location and a very busy area but it's very mismanaged by bad management That's why it has bad reviews

I rarely go to BK simply because of the service; however, I decided to go on lunch the order day, to be honest, because CFA line was too long. Even though I like BK food when it’s fresh, you just never know the type of service you’ll receive. So I decided to take a chance - they only had two cars in line when I pulled up to the drive thru. The line moved pretty fast until it got to me. I ordered a Whopper combo, nothing special. It took a long time, for some reason, to the point I almost drove off, if I hadn't paid already. And when the order was finally ready, the lady working the drive thru, looked at me as if I was the holdup; no apology for taking so long - didn’t ask if I needed condiments or anything. I understood then why I was hesitant in the first place. I should’ve waited in line for CFA, at least they say, thank you.

Since this place opened.. I don't think it has THRIVED in the way it was expected to. It's always a very unusual experience coming here. The parking lot is usually a ghost-town. There's always a delay in getting your order (drive-thru or walk-in) not even because it's busy. That's just how this place works.
There's really nothing else to say. I feel like this location would be better off as a different restaurant.

We stoped for a late lunch. I ordered a 5$ special and so did my boyfriend the special I ordered included a drink for 5$ . I ask for 1 additional medium drink and was told my total was $19.57. Ok I don't know of anywhere that a soda cost that much so I ask to just have a water . The total was then 11$. Seems that 10$ for the two meals along with tax would be about 11$ so something funny is going on with whom is taking your money at the counter. I was not provided a receipt and it was not available. Got the small cup of water complimentary. There is no way that a medium soda at Burger King cost $9.50 you guys better watch your money.
