The boys and I went there last night. I got the bacon king and chicken nuggets. OMG! The nuggets were so good… I didn’t need sauce❤️❤️❤️ The bacon king was delicious… this is officially my favorite hamburger🥳🥳🥳 This will be my order from now on🩷🩷🩷 The employees were very friendly and the store was clean. I highly, highly recommend. Much, much love BK for being Awesome❌⭕️❌⭕️

This is actually the better one than the one in McCalla next to publix, but here lately they've been slipping! They were out of chicken fries, so I had to get the nuggets, and he charged me for 16, and I got a whopper and onion rings and 2 small fries, well, I get home and they forgot my nuggets, and on top of that, they don't even have a damn phone so you can call to complain!!!!! It's sad that almost every fast food restaurant nowadays SUCKS!!!!! I WON'T BE EATING HERE FOR A LONG WHILE

Worse service ive ever tried to get instead of taking my order they went to the back the guy helped a older black guy with his order but disappeared on me to take mine usually stop at this burger king when im passing through alabama after I stood at the register for 25 min ill never come back

Restaurant was clean but there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the womens restroom. (They were notified) Also for it being completely empty of customers service was extremely slow with only one employee actually cooking. Also no ice in the soda machine. The food was also cold, burgers and fries.

The food was terrible. I ordered a number 3 and some mozzarella fries. My regular fries had a massive long hair on them. Then I get my mozzarella fries and they were hard as a rock as if they had been under a heat lamp for 2 days. The people working there have the attitude that you're bothering them by making them do something. I won't be going back ever again.

You guys need to get the toilets fixed in the men’s bathroom. The urinal is out of order and the commode doesn’t flush. It’s atrocious in there. I had no appetite after stepping in there.
Food – 1 star: It’s impossible to get any food. There are no employees available, the equipment is constantly broken, and it’s been this way since the place first opened.
Service – 1 star: There basically is no service at all. No staff, no help, nothing.
Atmosphere – 1 star: What’s the point of going inside when there’s no food, no drinks, and no employees to assist you?
This location should either be closed down or sold to someone who can actually run it. At the very least, it should be able to serve a customer or two a day — but right now, it can’t even manage that.

I doordash a whopper this burger king really need to be out of business my whopper was burn and my hamburger buns it was awful I wouldn't feed this to a Dog that burger was hard I am so up set i dont know what to do. I dont want to give it a 1 star 0 star
