Wait time is super slow, took 15+ minutes for a single whopper. Location is nasty, tables look like they haven’t been wiped down all day. Soda machine has no carbonation so it’s all just sweet. Employees look like they don’t know what they’re doing and need to be retained. Assistant manager was amazing though and kept the workers in line most of the time. Even after all the wait food was cold. Do not recommend.

First, how about some kind of greeting,instead of looking as if i had 3 heads. YEAH, WHAT CHA GET? Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. Nothing special. 3 fries. We don't have fries.OK, onion rings. Our boiler is down. OK just sandwiches. AFTER sitting, can you pull over there. We have to cook them. WHAT, nobody inside, I've seen AT LEAST 6 CARS PULL OUT, so nobody be hind me. Then they get mad when you say something! according to ALL the reviews on here, MANAGER/OWNER WHOMEVER ALREADY KNOW THIS!! SHOWS YOU DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Me and my sister went on a double date here Saturday when the inside was closed we decided to go through the drive thru my sister and her date was in front of us when we got to the window the guy wouldn’t talk clearly basically whispering to us he wouldn’t look at us when I got my food they gave us fries which we did not ask for so we asked nicely for our correct order and the guy working the drive thru had so much attitude he then asked for the fries back and threw them away and gave us our order which he messed up again and when my sister went through she had asked for sauce well one of them had a hole in it so they asked for another and the guy got mad and didn’t see a reason to give another one and when he was told it had a hole in it he sighed and gave them another one

If I would have read the reviews I would have never ordered from this place. The lobby is locked in the middle of the day during lunch rush and they made me walk through the drive-thru because I'm a truck driver and get my order out in the cold. Do not stop here it look dirty inside and the employees are very rude. Fries were soggy and old none of my food was made right pathetic.

January 26,2023The crew and Manager for tonight was very unhelpful kids are in there playing and cursing and the manager just walking around like he inside a club lost! I’ve arrive to pick up a order at 4:59 didn’t get my order until 5:21pm was only one meal and a shake this establishment needs to be shut down it’s very nasty in there and the crew is not friendly , you walk inside they look at you like you don’t belong there! I will be calling the main office because this is ridiculous
