Went through drive through. The building and landscaping was nice. Ours in Huntsville outside is dirty. Water running on back sidewalks. Just looks like some if the Hardee's before they shut down! In Huntsville landscaping is not kept up...at Jack's. Jack's biscuits we're wonderful..again they were cooked well, not saturated with butter! I've tried several ways to order biscuits not saturated. When I say plain biscuits.. they say what r u talking about. Jacks in Huntsville needs some h

Night shift is so rude. Took my order for an 8 piece chicken box and the person taking my order said it would be no problem for me to get the chicken I wanted. The rude manager said I couldn’t and then started talking about me to her coworkers and laughing while I was right there. Awful experience. Won’t be returning here again.

The Jack’s online ordering system messed up today, after placing an order and they could not find the order when we arrived tonight. The two front line managers attitude towards my family was aggressive, rude, ignorant and argumentative.
The food is consistently spot-on and delicious, but (this) Jack's does not value, honor, or respect their customers.
We had to pay twice for the same meal. They would not honor the emailed receipt of the original transaction. They told us/ argued with us that we would have to re-purchase the meal, pay for it, then go online and cancel the original order. How is that supposed to actually work?
No better customer service than that!!

Walked in about 3:00, waited for someone to at least acknowledge we were there but no one even spoke. There were several employees walking around behind the counter. The last time we were in this Jack's we ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles....got to the car and both had 4 big pickles. Took them in and manager said that is how they are fixed! So this is the last time, there is a KFC right next door and it was very nice!
Drive thru. Wrong item given. Noticed service at this location has begun to slip.

Oh my goodness, my friends! I must tell you about the great adventure at Jack's in McCalla, Alabama. As a person from Mother Russia, I am always looking for new and exciting food in this beautiful country, and today I find something very special - the 2 for $5.55 porkchop biscuits!
When I first see this special, I am thinking, "Wow, this is amazing deal! Two delicious porkchop biscuits for only $5.55? How can this be possible?" So, of course, I must try. I am walking into Jack's with great excitement and stomach ready for delicious American breakfast.
When I receive my order, I am look at these biscuits and first impression is, "Oh, they are so small!" The biscuit itself is like little baby bread, very tiny, almost like they are from fairy tale. But the porkchop inside, oh wow, it is very big! It is like giant porkchop stuck inside little biscuit. I am laughing because it looks very funny, like giant trying to wear child’s shoes.
But now, to the taste. I take first bite, and oh my goodness, the flavor is so good! The porkchop is juicy and tender, full of wonderful spices and flavors that dance on my tongue. The biscuit, while small, is still tasty and buttery, but it is very clear that the porkchop is the star of this show.
The size difference is very funny, but it does not stop me from enjoying every single bite. I am thinking, "This is like Russian babushka who makes giant delicious meal but forgets to buy enough bread." It is charming and makes me smile with every bite.
So, my friends, if you are in McCalla, Alabama, and you see the 2 for $5.55 porkchop biscuits at Jack's, do not hesitate! Go and try this delicious and funny breakfast. Just be ready for the tiny biscuit and giant porkchop - it is a combination that will make you laugh and your stomach very happy.
