Made a mobile order. They didn’t have the strawberry shake so they offered a vanilla shake that was already made when I got to the window. I asked if they had chocolate instead and was told that was also unavailable. When I requested a refund I was told I had to request it through the app. The milk that came with my happy meal said it was good thru 20 Jan 26. Today is January 25th so the milk expired 5 days ago. When I asked the employee if I could get a milk that wasn’t expired he said they all say the 26th. I told him that was referring to the year not the date. All he said was “I don’t know” before closing the window. So now I’m hoping to be reimbursed for a shake that I didn’t get and a milk that was too expired to drink.

They are in a good accessible area and serve good food. Short handed sometimes and like most McDonald's the dreaded ice cream machine is a hit and miss.

I have gotten food from this McDonald's many times in the past year that I've lived here. I this one surprisingly never failed to get my order complete, And they almost always add napkins. I wish all McDonald's were as on point as this one

Food is horrible..never has orange juice nor ice cream
My daughter ordered a take out order # 286 for take out at 6:50pm. This cheeseburger was for my granddaughter and had an excessive amount of mustard, much more than the amount of ketchup and made my granddaughter sick. My concern is that the same person made this sandwich that made the one for my daughter that was ordered with NO mustard, but included mustard that could have killed my daughter, who is allergic to it. I tried to call the store but they have been refusing to answer my calls. I’m extremely upset.

When i always come here at 8pm the lobby is always closed and im getting tired of it from them because i get off work at 8pm and i do not want to sit in a drive threw for a damn 1hour

This McDonald’s is so clean! The staff was constantly cleaning, service was quick and friendly. Very well run. I really appreciate the eating area within the enclosed play place area.

This is the second time I brought my grandsons to McDonalds to eat and play. The playground was not open I ask one of the employees could they open the doors they very abruptly said no. It is lunchtime Last McDonald trip will go to Chic Filet from now on
