Is the frappe machine still down after a week of asking or are the employees just not to be bothered with providing the customers with what they want. It's ridiculous that the machine still isn't working. Fix it or we will go elsewhere.

Usually good.. had troubles lately.. didn’t get 6 hash browns we ordered (that is $10-15 gone) things like that. The app sucks. Don’t order curbside..by the time you get there your options disappear (before 20 min or so) and then what do you do? Go through drive-thru?… it’s extremely confusing for self and staff!

I am applaud to know that I placed a order to put up some fries for my wife and paid for the fires drove up to the window to collect my order and see a young man with his pants just about down to his knees to hand me my order I really would love to know if this store is not under any management to have the face of your store which is a employee to be serving customers looking like that it’s not cool at all and needs to be address I realize yes a lot of these stores hire the young kids because of cheap labor but in the same token you have customers and you should let your employees knows what’s expected of them to ensure customer won’t have to complain about stuff just simple as how the attire themselves.

Don't expect a receipt if you order from the self-serve machines, and definitely expect an employee to be bothered by you asking for a receipt. Don't expect anyone at the counter unless the store is full of people. No one even looks at the direction of the customer service counter. The drink dispenser area is disgustingly dirty. Look where the nozzles are. Mold all over. Drink dispensers leaking. No customer service skills at all.

Reading other reviews, esp. especially by Delgado, I had the same experience 03/09/24. Now I see it's not just me. Also they are confrontational in a rude disrespectful way. The hefty woman with moles intruding about the face is disrespectful and rude.

Waited in the wrong line of the double drive thru for a while before we realized they were not taking orders there. However, there was no sign or anything to indicate it was closed. They were out of Diet Dr Pepper, out of ketchup, and fries were stale. Very stale. Oh, well, that's what you get for eating at McDonalds on Saturday evening. The 2 stars are for the employees. They did a good job, were polite, and got the order exactly right.

They were very rude ! The girl who took my order rushed me she didn’t let me use the mobile app another worker shut the window in my face & overall just disrespectful! They also didn’t give me my change !
Workers are mainly busy with the drive through and completing orders whenever I come in. Food brought out fast, within 5-10 mins of ordering but you don’t really get to speak to anyone face to face unless you walk up and stand at the counter for a while or go to the drive through. They claim shake machine is always down whenever a new shake comes out.

They say this McDonald's opens at 5:00 AM.The car in front of me was there before me and I got there at 5:06 and it's now 5:24 and they are still not open.The works keep looking out the delivery door but seems not to care.
