The worst McDonalds experience ever. The manager has an attitude and zero customer service wanting me to get out of drive through and return to the order speaker to get what I ordered but was incorrect as input by order taker. I refused and asked for my money back, and was told the only way to do this was to get out of the line and drive back through the drive through to the first window to get refund and wait in line. I had to park car and go inside restaurant (about 10 steps from the window for the manager) to process a refund or revise an order. I have filed a complaint as I promised with Corporate offices and sent a letter to the CEO. (I have mailed the letter, called and filed a complaint and left comments as the site suggested).

We didn't even get to order food. 2 people outside smoking and 1 car in front of us but they were busy they said. We went inside and still didn't get to order so we left. Won't be back there to try and eat again.

Date: 8/30/2025 @9- I’m not sure what girl in the purple shirt name is but she is BEYOND rude!!! She was bringing orders to cars without confirming before hand. She gives us a bag then asks what we had, she asks if we had 23 cookies (2 totes of cookies which contain 13=26) so we said no she snatches the bag and says well this is your order with a aggressive attitude and shakes her head while walking off. We then wait and receive our two totes again another employee does not confirm the order just hands us a bag. We realize we are missing 4 apple pies and 2 strawberry cream. While my boyfriend is confirming and getting the the order fixed she is arguing down the manager saying she put the cookies in the bag and basically has an attitude that we were missing items. McDonald’s this employee if horrible for your business and something needs to be done!

As always my cold caramel coffee was awesome. It's my new addiction. But however I asked for extra pickles on my burger and it had literally 1 pickle. Come on guys u even put the ticket on the burger that says extra pickles. I got No extra pickles... let's do better..

The food was decent for fast food breakfast. There was no greeting. You had to place your own order on the screen, it didn't give you a receipt so you had no idea what your number was. Over crowded.
Train your newbies before letting them handle customer's food, ordered two 6 piece nuggets total 12 but only had one 6 piece box in the bag with no sauce when on the receipt it clearly says all the items I ordered, There was smoothie in the order too which I didn't get until I remind them, Please train the newbies first or Just take a look at order and match with receipt which your clearly attached to the bag for mobile order

The slowest service possible. I place a mobile order and no one takes my order from the drive thru. Have to wait ten minutes just for them to take the order and start it. Have to wait another 30 minutes to actually get the food. They finally come out and bring me someone else's mobile order then come back to give me mine and of course it's wrong. Update: placed an mobile order. Ordered 3 items. 2 of them was wrong. So lost money there.
