The manager on duty on May the 17th of 2025 needs retraining. It seems that she was more OCD about mopping one area of the kitchen with a Lobby full of customers waiting to order. She was busy berating the employee who him himself seemed to be under the influence of some sort of a mind-altering substance. Neither of them should be in a restaurant serving food. Waited 30 minutes for an 8-piece meal because supposedly they didn't have any chicken. We watched the man that is under the influence of something put five pieces of chicken in the Box, then remove each piece slowly. Didn't he put the five chicken back in the box and removed them slowly again. There were four different customers in the lobby waiting. But the manager seemed even more confused because there was a dirty spot under a table in the kitchen with no other cashier. This place is at of truck stop, it was around 8:00 at night. Once the chicken was finally given to us. This chicken could not have been freshly cooked. It was totally dried out as if it had been under the lights for several hours. We're probably not going to do that over again.

Please do not waist your time going to this location. Staff is very unprofessional. They do not make sure the correct person recieves their food and allow strangers to touch and do not make it over. I will never stop to this truck stop again.

I ordered two of the special deals for 6.99. 2 pieces chicken, 2sides, and a biscuit! I ordered fries, black beans and rice, and paid extra for Cole slaw. When I got home there was nos black beans and rice and no Cole slaw. They gave me 3 mashed potatoes! I took it back and they said they were out of Cole slaw and did I still want black beans and rice. I asked why they did not tell me about the Cole slaw. They did not apologize for substituting mashed potatoes for everything! Rude!

This store is attached to a truck stop their prices are too HIGH and the service time is RIDICULOUS. This has to be a high volume store because of its location therefore they need more staff. Not to mention it's the first week of the month along with it being the weekend. I remembered why I haven't visited this store in about a year. Good bye Popeyes you all have to do better; and the dining room area was a mess.

Went to pick up catered order. I told the young nonchalant cashier the name SHE was terrible and probably shouldn't be on the register. However, I heard a gentleman in the back say the name of my catering order and then he came into the lobby to get a drink. I asked him about my order and he said yes. He then told the lady in the back that I was there to pick it up. It got better from there. The service was excellent. I was asked about sauces, utensils, and everything else. I was even asked if I needed assistance to the car.
It was late and there was a line out the door, but these ladies and gents kept a super southern-friendly and professional attitude, made bang-on great Popeyes food, and fresh sweet tea. I couldn't be happier and I hope everyone there knows love and finds whatever riches they desire. It was that good.

I was advised they may not have the chicken to fill my order. The lady Theresa that waited on me was rude and disrespectful, like how dare I bother her. However the lady before me and the one after were met with smiles. The lady behind me was able to get her order before me. Then I was informed they couldn’t fill my order. Interesting. I think it was a “colorful” display indeed. I will not be back there again. The restaurant I went to after was happy for me to spend my money with them.
