I had a spectacular Popeyes experience here. Food came fast and everything was very clean. Rodney took excellent care of everyone and brought such a positive energy.

To be honest I can't the rate the food.The training cashier was a great attitude having worker. The manager which o seem to see every night. She's very harsh to deal with. I'm not going back because of her attitude. Maybe the company should allow a her a vacation so she can refresh3. I love Popeyes and very upset I work so close but can never get the meal I want. Tragic.

We get in, there is one cashier. There is one cook. They both were screaming at each other. The cook took forever, the cashier was very rude. The line went out of the store. The food was mediocre.

Bad attitude spitful and i spent over 50 dollars and had to wait 30 minutes other customers got orders before me also wouldn't take my coupon .

We went to the location on 216 at Petro we were treated rudely, ask about the new wings that come in different flavors the manager waiting on us said they were discontinued all but the hot ones so if that is so why advertise it on the store and the app . She is never a very nice person I understand that fast food can be stressful but if your in that line of work you have to at least be polite

God awful place. The staff is rude, and they never fill online orders. They were out of everything I ordered on two orders(imagine, a chicken place out of CHICKEN!) , and Popeye's worthless 'customer service' wouldn't even give me a refund! I guess this scam works for them. To add insult to injury, they are bigots. Each time I went in, I was the only person of my color, and I was laughed at once(with comments of 'don't be scared ******* boy'.). The last time, they actively ignored me when I came on to get my online order. It's no biggie, because I have zero time for people that think that way, and can take care of myself. But, an older person is a different story. Anything that happened AFTER my first experience is on me. I thought 'hey, everyone has a bad day'. Boy was I wrong. There are BAD people, as well. It's so bad, I refuse to go to any Popeyes. And I've eaten it my whole life! Don't make the same mistake I made.

The food is fine. Employees have little attitudes and even worse, they have trouble getting orders right! Thus the second time I've ordered a popcorn Shrimp combo with fries and only got a bug box of shrimp, no fries. It'd almost be better if they just the wrong side. But instead they just give you Shrimp. The first time they were busy so I figured that was it, but today was empty. I won't be back
No other fried chicken like the spicy at Popeyes. Great biscuits and ice tea. Great dirty rice ... I think they call it Cajun rice. Thanksgiving turkey is out of this

Why in the entire hell is this location still open if it never has any dang chicken? I will also take some accountability for my disappointment because I thought each time I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just an unfortunate isolated incident. But nope... they just exist to not serve.

My nephew wanted Popeyes Chicken. So we first stopped at a location that was no longer selling the three wing special, no problem. We decided on something else but was told it would be an extended wait. We left and I was able to see this location on our way home. We were able to order the three wing special with fries. Everything was hot and fresh. The only small complaint is that the ice machine was not working but I usually order without ice anyway but my nephew wanted to fill up his cup. Food was good on this visit, I would stop here again.
