Sent my husband to get us lunch. 1st - out of pickles and banana peppers. 2nd - they don't have the new 1 carb bread, 3rd - ordered me a LARGE cold cut combo and was charged for a large. The amount of meat on the salad was so small I feel it was not even equivalent to the amount on a 6" sub. It literally looked like 2 thin round slices of ham. The large is supposed to be equivalent to the amount of meat on a footlong. 4th - tried to call them about it and phone goes to a full mailbox so you can't leave a message. Called 2 timesso, paid about $10.50 for a pretty much meatless salad ?. Do not know why I keep giving them chances.

ZERO STARS!!!! Extremely unprofessional...I did a mobile order and picked it up at 7:50pm. My food was missing items I requested. I tried to return at 8:10pm and the store was closed...even though they were supposed to close at 9:00pm. I will be returning to have my money refunded and return the disgusting tasting sandwiches in the morning.

I usually go to the one in Hueytown but this was convenient and I thought I would give it another try; I have NEVER felt welcomed at this location. I thought most of all the locations did things the same except maybe not taking coupons. I wasn't asked if I wanted the chicken heated up on either sandwich then when I asked if they were going to heat it up-I got some crazy looks. They did after they took it off the bread. As the young lady was helping me, the young man was asking me about my 2nd sandwich while an older lady was standing there waiting for assistance. The bread was torn on my 2nd sandwich and it was put together in a VERY sloppy way. Most of the filling had feel out and I had to fix it once I got home. I asked if there was any coupons online, she said she didn't know. I've been asked every time I've came to this location if I had coupons or needed one. She seemed hesitant to give me the managers name once I asked for it. I've attached photos below. Next time I will just drive to Hueytown, since that seems to be the best one in my area! I'm not sure if there is poor training but it's clear that Customer Service training needs to be revisited.

This place was absolutely horrible picked my order up and asked the guy working if he put what I wanted on there and he lied straight to my face about it when I got back to the place to get if fixed they were closed even though they weren’t supposed to close for another hour and the people still messed up on my order will never come back again I wish I could give 0 stars

I wouldn't even leave a star if it was an option. I placed a mobile order and picked it up and brought it home to eat. My daughters pizza was folded up and put into a box with sauce all over the outside of the box. The 3 sandwiches we ordered were all wrong and all had some unknown black substance all over the white paper the sandwiches were wrapped in. None of the sandwiches had anything resembling that so we're guessing it was from the counters or toaster treys being dirty. The entire order had to go in the trash. I called and the girl said "that's how we were taught to make pizza so I don't know what you want me to tell you" and when I told her about the sauce and random black stuff she said "it wasn't like that when it left here" so yeah, I would just drive over to Publix or firehouse or just throw $35 in the trash because that's what we did but we got an attitude and wasted gas money & time with ours too.

This subway has really gone down. Maybe it's needs a new manager or franchise owner. An employee who name will not be called who I think is new did her job correctly and I feel bad for her because another employee (a male teenager ) who didn't wear a name tag but vapes in the store while making food had a horrible attitude. I really feel bad for the women employees who try to do their job and are paid low. This is why the subway gets a bad rep. Hire more ppl and pay more.

I work near this location and everytime I go to this specific subway I absolutely hate it. Every worker has a nasty attitude. The workers move very slow and the energy is just horrible. It could be a full line and it would be one worker in the front and the other working in the back (instead of coming to the front to help). They Never place the meat on properly, sometimes burn my bread. This is prob the worst subway I’ve ever visited in my life. Customer service is trash and they are never stocked up with food. This will be my last time coming to this one.
