I’m not one to leave reviews unless I truly feel compelled to. Tonight my family and I stopped in to the Subway inside of Love’s in McCalla, AL and we were able to witness such integrity, grace, and empathy from Andrew. It was truly amazing to be reminded that there are still good people in this world, Andrew being one of them.

I went in to get a 6 inch sub made into a salad. Rotisserie chicken $6.75 + $2 for the salad. They wanted to charge me $13.75 because the claim they only make protein bowls. The menu board clearly advertised the salad deal. I will just go to the Petro from now on. Maybe they will treat drivers better.

9 pm Aug 6 2023 My first visit here out of state! was horrible this Latina woman name Angelica !! Was so rude and very nasty to me.. I was shocked! She act like she wanted to fight me and would not help me.. And this wonderful guy named Andrew noticed her rude behavior and he was so nice to me and made my sandwich with love and omg it tastes so good!! He definitely deserves recognition! And Angelica customer service is horrible and! Going to ruin this location reputation! Please get rid of her ! You can tell that she hates her job! I not comfortable coming back to this location because of her!

To the owner.. you need to take care of your store. And your employees. I know being my wife was a seeing Manger over 4 subway stores. Your prep work was bad, no ham, no tomatoes among other items, no excuse,store was hot, to hot considering food prep. Also employees can not function effectively in sweating temperatures, I give the employees 5 stars for putting up with it. And the owner no stars for letting it happen.. shame on you...
Attitude and laughing at your mistakes is not appropriate for a service based business. Angelica the lady whom took our ordered failed to satisfy with her attitude and lack of customer care. She either needs to find a new place of employment in a non Service industry job or receive training on how to interact with customers and what is and isn’t appropriate in the work place.

Girl didn't even know the menu I got the mexicali and it's been 3 days now feeling very bad I have had stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea I will never eat there again

Not every thing goes in the middle of the sandwich with one hand. You are suppose to wrap the sandwich in new wrap not in the dirty wrapper in which sandwich was made in. As a trucker I go to multiple subways every day and the subway employee tells me that's how it's done here... no ladies please Learn how to make a sandwich and some customer service. Don't like your Job go find something that you would enjoy doing.

The person working overnight shift at 2:20am is a rude worker. If you dont like your job just quit its simple as that. I was in line behind 2 customers he/she was rude with them nd when my turn came he/she was like “ what you want now, whatever u see is all i have “

It dosent seem to matter what day or what time I'm at this place there is always a super long wait and I just give up before I ever even get service. There's always only one person working and at night that one person very obviously dosent even want to work. They hide in the back until you literally have to yell to get their attention. I get that there may be prep work that needs to be done but if that's the case then there needs to be more than one poor beaten down soul working the night shift. DO BETTER SUBWAY DO BETTER!!!!!
