Food seemed to be light on ingredients, Service is normally very slow but not bad at last visit, Atmosphere affected by advertisement of rewards acceptance but unable to use at this restaurant.

We went through the drive thru, and my husband got the steak quesadillas and he asked for extra sauce and cheese and asked them to extra grill it and they didn’t extra grill it it was barley grilled at all and they didn’t put extra sauce and he said it seemed like they put a little extra cheese but it wasn’t hot enough so the cheese didn’t even melt all the way, and we paid extra for them and they didn’t even do it, and I got the number 11 and both of the tocos just fell apart

Came in with a simple order. No substitutions, just normal menu items. It took 10 minutes to get our drink cups. Not the drinks, just the cups. 20 minutes later, I asked what was taking so long. The staff advised the order had been cleared by mistake and they would have it soon. Another 20 minutes pass, we're now at 50 minutes on an order that should have taken 5. The manager on duty, Danyell, refused to give us the number for corporate, and after issuing a partial not a full refund, disappeared into the back, and left it to the guy running the kitchen, who was very nice, to handle us. If this was a one off situation, that would be one thing, bit this has been a consistent failure across all the taco bell locations in and around the bessemer/mccalla area. I've been to each one and every time, I've had to wait almost an hour. Taco Bell is not worth it anymore, and I will not be coming back.

Customer service is good but staff should pay attention to orders has been on two visits I pay for taco supreme but was given a regular taco noticed when got home to eat..It sucks to pay for something you didn't receive..I will have to open my tacos before leaving now.
Did a mobile order. I didn't get any of the sauce I ordered. The sauce is kind of required for the food to be palatable.
Ok I had one bad food problem out of my 10 visits. So I will take that as a win considering the surrounding restaurants are absolutely worthless. It’s easier to get over bad food when people are nice and generally apologize.

Considering the crowd that came in from Tannehill, I think they did the best that they could. By only being open for a few weeks, they weren't prepared or used to the influx of people leaving the Tannehill festival. Yes they were getting orders wrong, including mine. I didn't say anything because they were slammed and obviously frustrated. Hopefully they will use this as a learning experience for busy days to come.
The taco's, Mexican pizza and etc no longer taste the same. It's like inflation went up and all the Taco Bells lower there food standards. Remember the kids getting letters on my Mexican pizza. Am I correct? How do y'all feel about the difference between back then and now?

It was OK for you know Taco Bell. It’s not like a authentic Mexican restaurant or anything like that but what I got was pretty good. Take a look.

The restaurant was nasty and we waited for ever..
I ordered online from home, a 15 min drive. I waited 5 minutes after I ordered to leave. I get to taco bell in the drive thru and it's not ready. I was told 3 times there working on it. Another lady comes in and ordered way before me and ended up getting a refund and left. You would think with 13 employees they wouldn't be this slow. I know it's new but this ridiculous.....

First time going to this taco Bell, but from this experience, so much better than the one on exit 1. Friendly staff, no miscommunication, even though we had a large 4 person order with special requests for food allergies. Food was quickly delivered, the shells are nice and crispy on tacos(compared to the soggy water shells from some other taco bells) and the order was perfect. Great first impression!

🌮⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌮
I walked into this Taco Bell expecting tacos… what I got was a spiritual awakening. The moment I opened the doors, I swear I heard a choir of angels (or maybe it was just the fryer timer). The employees didn’t just take my order—they took my soul on a journey through flavor. My Crunchwrap was folded with the precision of a NASA engineer, my Baja Blast tasted like it was brewed directly from a melted glacier in heaven, and the tacos? Let’s just say if I ever get married again, I’m registering here.
This isn’t fast food, this is fine dining in warp speed. If Gordon Ramsay came here, he’d shed a single tear, whisper “finally,” and retire. If aliens invade, I’m bringing them here first to negotiate peace.
To sum it up: 5 stars isn’t enough. If I could, I’d give this Taco Bell a standing ovation and a Michelin star. 🌮👏
