Never get your food hot. Their burrito supreme is awful. Mostly dough and juice from beans, hardly any meat, too squishy to eat. Not impressed at all. Most people at window are nice. Like the one off exit one in McCalla/Bessemer area.

As a professional DoorDasher, I have not eaten here myself. But I will say that the service, since they opened recently, has dramatically improved. I am so glad to see this store. Thrive! A sidenote to DoorDashers, the GPS at this location is still incorrect. You must pull into the bank next-door, before you will get your arrived at store notification so that you can see the order.

The food is good,once you finally get. Ordered at 5:45 and at 6:20 still no food. Not a big order, and EVERYONE is waiting on their food. Drive through and mobile orders take priority over actual customers that are here waiting on food. Seriously need to retrain management.

Been here multiple times. My order is never right. They can't figure out how to add the ingredients to the whole taco instead of globs on one end. If you go inside you'll wait 4x as long because they prioritize the drive thru. Make the drive and go to the one off exit 1. The line might be longer but your food will be right.

They gave me a half empty order of nacho fries and even the cup of cheese wasn't full. I was traveling, so once I realized,I was too far away to go back to the location.

My 1st experience with door dash & this taco bell. My daughter & I ordered some lunch & decided on taco bell cause it was close by, probably won't take long to get here. It was raining & I didn't want to get out in it. Ordered some basic stuff, gordita supreme, nachos & cheese & my daughter & friend ordered some things. Over $30 later order was made. Took over an hour for food to arrive, gets here it's cold, gordita is mushy & my chips for nachos not in there, cheese but no chips. Having to eat my mushy, missing parts, expensive lunch from taco hell with a fork & BBQ chips. Needless to say, never again doing door dash for cold, mushy, missing food!!!

The steak burrito in the Discovery Luxe Box is a hugely delicious main item. The whole box is great food at a terrific price. All the Luxe Boxes are tasty and a good value.

I ordered some churros and they were not in my bag (Glad I checked) when I pointed this out the employee told me they were out, so if I had not checked or asked they would have just let me pay for something and not get it. They never proactively offered a different product or refund.
Part of my order was a steak quesadilla and it was the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. The cheese was still cold and there was no sauce on it whatsoever.
I hate to give a bad review when they are a newer restaurant to this area but those things just take people who care and clearly they don’t care.

One of the best Taco Bell locations we've been to in a long time. The food was great, but the customer service was PHENOMENAL. Our cashier, Olivia, was very sweet, knowledgeable and patient as we have several picky eaters in our group. Keep up the great work!
