Was excited to have an affordable Asian style food place to eat close to my house but I got off of work early and when I pulled in right in front of the door the girl working turned the light off and locked the door literally as I got out of my car and was about to walk up to the door. It was 8:36pm on a Saturday night and their hours are posted until 9. I can’t stand when people don’t follow their posted hours especially when they could have just stayed open 24 more minutes and a customer was getting out of their car. It’s like she ran up to the sign to turn it off and lock the door and I could see they still had food. Food was mid anyway. 🙄

I wasn’t expecting much due to the bad reviews but figured I would give them a try, was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. No splintry chicken, good flavor. Will be back!

I was hesitate to go here because of all the bad reviews but honestly I have nothing bad to say. Went one evening this week and ordered to go. Waited just a bit as they were making fresh fried rice. Food tasted great and fresh. I'm going back for sure.

I will NOT patronize this brand ever again. The girl serving was very nice and apologetic. I got soup, chicken teriyaki, rice half noodles and asked for another bag of noodles that come with the soup she said it was $1 for the bag she said they are expensive…the bag isn’t full but they charge $1. I asked her not to fix my food until the teriyaki was freshly made.The rice and noodles were cold the noodles were fresh but they mixed it with old sitting out. No manager was in the store she pointed to a number for me to call. This is Not acceptable. I posted this before I left the parking lot 1:15pm.

Have been coming to this location since they opened. Proportion sizes have gotten way smaller!!! Not worth the price anymore. Google maps says they open at 10a but food wasn’t ready until after 1030a. Food was fresh but that’s only cause we were there when they opened. Bring back the old portion sizes!!

I wanted to give Asian Express, Meridianville a try. I ordered Beef Teriyaki and General Tso’s chicken for a takeout order. I asked for white rice and was given what was supposed to have been fried rice. When my husband and I opened the food at home, the taste was so poor, particularly the teriyaki, that we just threw it in the garbage. I may as well have thrown a $20 bill in the trash and spared myself the experience. I’m very disappointed—I was hoping for a new takeout place.

Not good. It's edible but barely. Flavor is lacking and the meats are always super dry. Anything with sauce on it is super soggy.
I mean if you need a cheap meal - its ok price for the portion. And at the end of the day you won't be hungry. But go in with very low expectations. Wouldn't recommend.
