Horrible. It has gone down hill. Prices have climbed and service is awful. They no longer label your pizzas, had to go around the drive through a second time to get the rest of my order. The lady at the window was rude. Charged 10.99 for this pizza. $3.00 of that was a surcharge for a second topping of chicken and 3 slices of pizza didn’t even have chicken. There was literally 11 small pieces of chicken on the pizza. Ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on the $8.00 cheese dip that barely covers the bottom of the container and is burnt black around the edges. My whole order was just over $30. Ever since this area has changed ownership you are better off spending money somewhere else. Anywhere else. Better yet hold on to your money.

This place is struggling a little bit. Visiting manager who was friendly and knowledgeable working with employees that are not experienced and not keeping track. The manager was trying. I think it's the same story a lot of places are having.

My God pay people better and accept a slightly less profit *shock horror* so you actually have workers. Ordered a pizza, went to pick up at correct time and they hadn’t made it, looked at it or acknowledged its existence because they’re so low staffed they’re 2-3 HOURS behind. This is a problem with the store owners above all.Also if you email that email they respond to every review with an auto response happens and they never do a damn thing

Took over 2 hours to have my ordered delivered. The app Said it would be 60 minutes. I tried to call numerous times with no answer. I waited on hold for a team member to answer after getting to 3 minutes on hold the call would be disconnected.

If I could give lower I would. Delivery orders run over 3-4hours. Carry out orders takes over an hour. Phone constantly ringing off the hook. Pizzas come cold. Everything about this location is failing. I came to pick up my order after 30mins, they said it would be another 35. Pizzas pulled up everywhere, phone constant. Just craziness.The employees are doing their best but there are only 3.

Literally the worst dominos in town. They never answer, get orders wrong (assuming they even show up 4 hours later after you call). They owe me an entire pizza but I can’t even place an order and delivery is never on time. The generic auto response from corporate is laughable. Order from someone else if you plan to eat tonight.

Not sure what's happened, but the past few months it's near impossible to get food on time here. Every time I order here, it's takes 2+hours to get my food. The Winchester store does not have this problem, always get my food within 30 minutes there. Unfortunately, this store is what services delivery for my area. I don't get how a store 10 minutes away can have so much better of service than this one.

I ordered 80$ worth of pizza for a birthday party, while it was ready on time it was almost all over cooked. Over cooked to the point of not being able to taste the sauce on the pizzas. Very disappointing and will probably be the last time I order for a party

Standing here watching my order be "prepped" 45 mins after I ordered it. Phone ringing off the hook. Neither one of the 2 employees I saw or the 1 driver bothered to answer. When I asked why my order hadn't been started, the employee simply asked "Do you want to cancel it?" That's it. No apology. No reason for the order being extremely late. This order was for curb side pickup yet I am standing here watching my order be made while there are several cars in the drive thru waiting to be seen. This place has gone down hill. Both of my pizzas should be free! Think I will start going to Papa John's or Papa Murphys. "Team Daks" is below par and employees need to be trained.
