As of recently I’ve given Jacks a second chance and I’m glad to say that the experience has been great! The food, service, and speed have been amazing on several occasions lately and I’m able to still get a meal for under $10!

I had to wait for 45 minutes for an order that they messed up, while I watch people coming behind me order their food get their food eat their food and leave. To top it all off the girl behind the counter got an attitude with me after I told her I had been waiting for 45 minutes she offered me a refund instead of my food.

I've never heard of this place. I'm not from this state so it's a pretty unbiased review here.The burgers were thin and pretty flavorful. The bun was soft. It reminded me of a thin Wendy's burger in that it's just fried right on the griddle, not very blackened at all, and it's pretty juicy considering its size.Fries were good. Not much else to say. I love the idea that it had fried chicken as well. Didn't get to taste it though.Pretty decent. I'd go back.

Fast Friendly good service by friendly, smiling cashier. My husband was impressed with the way the woman was cleaning the fountain machine. She's worked there along time. She greeted us as soon as we cleared the ? door. Which made me feel Welcomed. She's Really Awesome Attitude.Good hot fresh food, this Jack's has always been Good restaurant.Senior discount is available also. That is helpful when living in fixed income. Truly A Treat visiting Jack's locally or on the road.It's a family favorite.God Bless America ??Parking: Big parking lot, easy access to 231 in out our back entrance comes out on another road.Kid-friendliness: Had kids meals availableWheelchair accessibility: Handicap friendly

Sitting in the drive through right now, car in front of me took almost 10 minutes to get their food so I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches before she even pulled up and now they are telling me it's gonna be another 8mins for my 2 sandwiches that i ordered 10 mins ago... it doest take 20 mins to cook a chicken breast. Fire people and get competent people. This is is your definition of fast food? Pitiful. It took 27mins to get 2 sandwiches.
