Close it down, You have no one to work the lobby so no one can eat inside, and you raise the prices but won't pay anyone, should be ashamed to be in business

I've been going to this kfc for decades but it seems lately that the place is going in a direction I can't follow. The past few times I've ordered K6 a chicken tender meal with fries, everything has tasted stale. I'm going through non peak hours, so maybe I'm just getting old items. Today I went through drive thru at 3:17pm (7/13) and had a young lady with an attitude throw food at me. Maybe she's having a bad day, but unsure why it's directed at me.

But the worst part? I'm guessing a cleaning product or some chemical contamination with my food gave me awful bathroom issues after eating the food.

If this is the direction this place is going, I can not continue my business here.

Front counter guy needs to pay better attention to customers instead of hanging outside. Now the food is cold for the DoorDash customer. Because food was just sitting on counter waiting for drinks and to be bagged.

They have a new manager and she is AWESOME!!! She's trying to get things better than before she came, and I have to say, it IS!!! If she's not there, things can be less than good, but she's working on getting everything up to greatness!

Drinks not being marked,The wrong sides, they can't tell the difference between dark meat and light meat on chicken, and the Mac and cheese looks like crap all dried out and discolored. Train these employees!

Every time I have come thru the drive thru in the last 5 ir 6 weeks it's the same thing. Your waiting for someone to take an order. When you get your food, the last 2 times, the order is wrong. They don't have what you are ordering. It's exhausting to try and get a quick bite and never can at this store. I have never seen more than 2 cars in the drive thru at any given time and it's still ALWAYS a problem. I just wish this store could get it together
