Ordered ahead of time online. This is the second time this store has forgotten about me. And left me sitting in the parking lot. I finally drove around to the window because I noticed that my pizza had been ready for 10 minutes, it was sitting on the tray and no one brought it out. The manager who looked like she was 17 came out and tried to blame it on how busy it was. The first time I asked about it, the person went in there and asked about it with the kitchen staff. She didn't even check the tray cart where it was sitting. Neither did the manager. She finally went back in and there it was right in front of her on the tray cart near the door. Like I said this is the second time Ive been left in the parking lot, totally forgot about me. It's not hard to make 2 pizzas people. It shouldn't take an hour. And I tip every time, even though they had done me wrong before. Horrible service. By the way, I worked at Pizza Hut. I know what it's like, working at a pizza place. There were plenty of people that could have been checking the ready cart/tray. Apparently they didnt care.

My family and I eat at this restaurant all the time and we have not had any complaints until today. I got so many banana peppers on my sub that it literally destroyed the taste. I also paid for meatballs to be placed on the sub and they gave me 1.5 meatballs, this is sad. All would have been forgiven UNTIL I called the store to inform them. The young girl who answered didn't give a care in the world. She literally told me that there was no manager there and she was to busy to talk to me. Wow, I had to keep my cool, she said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". This girls attitude has canceled a place that we actually enjoyed eating at. My family & friends WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I can only hope the owners care more about their customers than that young lady that answered the phone, in which I had to call 3 times to even get them to answer the phone. This happen on 12/14/2024 @ 5:24pm.

I phoned today to order a pizza special I seen on TV . It was 2:10 pm on 9-26-24 . I had been on hold for 18 minutes before anyone answered the call . The man that answered said he couldn't answer anything without a name ? So I gave him my 1st name then asked about the pizza I had seen on TV & that I had never tried their pizza. He couldn't tell me the actual price of the pizza or what comes on the pizza he of course blamed the SYSTEM and I asked what his name was and he hung up on me ?
Gave it a try but y'all can have it ! I may try again but it will NOT be at this place

We have ordered from this Marcos weekly for almost a year now and I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. We usually order online and have it delivered which have always been very fast. the food has been consistently good and orders are 99% accurate to what we ordered which is unheard of these days! Very friendly staff and owner. Thank you for your dedication to good food/service for a fair price. Keep it up!

The most amazingly gracious people! Jennifer has donated more pizzas than I can remember to The Feeding Madison County ministry that I volunteer at every Tuesday night. She has been generous to do this several times a year for several years now. A business with a heart this big deserves our patronage!

I'm not aware of any other restaraunt that will donate and deliver so many pizzas and volunteer to hand them out free to hungry families for several hours, donating their personal time.

I've been a volunteer since very close to the beginning of this ministry and still find myself amazed at the generousity of Kim and Anne and the staff of Feeding Madison County and Marco's Pizza. This is a true blessing to the community.

The clients who came in for food were grateful for the excellent warm pizza and loved interacting with Jennifer and Emily who helped them feel welcome.

Thank you so much for your warm kind hearts. It was a pleasure being a volunteer with you!
