My experience was horrible.

Breakfast in the morning is EXTREMELY slow. 11 min for a cup of coffee and a oatmeal! Ridiculous!

Lobby update is awful, no more drink machine and it feels like such a downgrade. The downfall of this McDonald’s needs to be studied

Hopefully they’re doing construction to sell it to a different owner so it can run the correct way. They’re under construction and it states on their website and their sign that drive thru is open. No it’s not!! You do know it takes 10 minutes to change a sign and the website. Please hire people who know what they’re doing. 5 cars went through the parking lot in front of me to find out the same as us. They all went to Hardee’s next door.

Takes forever and a day to get your food. Especially ordering it thru the app.

Service was slow. Me and my boyfriend are currently sitting here for 35 minutes and still haven’t gotten our food.

Horrible!!! This morning, 11/5/24 I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and instead of receiving what I ordered and paid for I received TWO greasy bagels that had egg, cheese, and a HAMBURGER PATTY on it!!! You’d think it would’ve been a sausage patty but nope!! This McDonald’s has went downhill extremely fast since they’ve had the lobby remodeled! The remodel is awful and poorly done.

Awful customer service. Awful wait times. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes while the big worker with purple hair coughed up loogies and made me want to throw up the entire 30 mins. Do not go here if you don’t want to be disgusted in every way possible.

Another McDonald's removed their drink machine and it's using an automated machine. The machine doesn't provide enough ice and it all melts before I'm even done with my drink. They removed seating. I guess one positive is they left the play area. They needed to fix the sound system while they were remodeling. The music kept cutting in and out and was very aggravating.

Got 2 quarter pounders that are raw. Right after McDonald’s just had a nationwide ecoli outbreak. Attempted to call multiple times, they apparently just keep the line busy so no calls can get through.
