They will answer the speaker and then put you on hold come back take your order have you pull over to the waiting spot to bring you everything you didn’t order no drink but will bring a straw no napkins and I’m convinced they either drop your food on the way out or just slap it together be prepared to have to go inside

Not necessarily a dig on the local chain but I question using the mobile app. When I order on the app and live less than 5 minutes from the establishment and it still takes 10 plus minutes sitting in the parking spot for curb side delivery for the food to be brought out makes me question things. When parked, I see 15 to 20 cars go thru the drive thru before my order ever comes out really makes me scratch my head.

I ordered here accidentally through the mobile app, it says to call the store to get them to cancel so I did just that and the woman who answered had a very unfriendly tone and she then placed the phone down and put me on mute because I held on for more than 30 minutes so I drive here and pick up the food i payed for(because you cannot cancel on the app). Food wasn’t that great. I say this to say, you guys should do better with your customer service. That may be asking for too much being that this is McDonalds but still we as paying customers deserve better service. I will double check my location next time but do better here guys. Place is a hit and miss. Sometimes the service is great while other days they get everything wrong. The supply issues don't help either as they run short of popular products more often than not. Unfortunately, there is lack of work ethics among the local population, which gives the restaurant a bad reputation, and many local customers go in with an entitled attitude to make a deteriorating workplace more unstable. If you go, have an open mind and understand they are trying to do their job (for the most part).
