My family is usually a dominos pizza family. And we’ve been that way for yeeeeeeeears. But tonight we decided to do something different. I’m not sure if it was the new deals they have, if they changed something with their recipe, or how fast they moved—we don’t think we could go back to dominos again. What we spend at dominos, we spent at Pizza Hut for WAY MORE FOOD in return. I don’t understand why we didn’t make the switch sooner!!

Friday, March 14th, 2025. The guy working at 11pm was extremely helpful. He assisted me with my ubereats order. They were out of 2 liter root beers so we did four small ones instead. He even gave me an insulated doordash bag to keep the food hot. Very kind and thoughtful, and one of the nicest people I’ve met all day. He definitely deserves a raise.

Messed up my order and refused to make the order over with the toppings correct. Says he will give me a $6 credit. Rude manager. I’ll never order here again and I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Where’s my beef?
Update: Ali who is the manager I always deal with and was told by the rude manager last night she was no longer there…lies; well she called me this morning and was directed by her higher ups to give me a full refund and apologized for the rude guy. Ali has always taken care of me before and escalation happens. I understand mistakes happen but there is an expectation of correcting it. It’s sad I had to go to instagram and corporate website to get this resolved.

I ordered at 6:38 and was supposed to be delivered at 7:08 and every time I called they said it was out for delivery or delivered. 2 hours later order never arrived. Talked to manager and he was like we can remake order and deliver. By now it would be after 9 to receive order. So I just got a refund and needless to say still had to go out to get something to eat. Stupid to use a third party to answer your phones and screw up your order no wonder Marco next door had a 45-50 minute wait and you had 15 minute wait

Today my delivery driver showed up with cat or dog hair all on his black or blue shirt. I could not eat my pizza without thinking his pet’s hair was cooked into my food. I threw the entire pizza out.
