Online ordering was fast and easy!When I got there the guy at the counter was nice and friendly. When I got the food.. the pasta was really dry and it wasn’t what I hoped for. It doesn’t really got that “ flavor” I was looking for. I also ordered the BBQ pizza with pork, bacon, and onion.. let me tell you that pizza was FIRE! the best I’ve ever had 10/10 with that pizza.

Horrible experience yet again. Called order in and was sent to a call center where we were told delivery would be 30 mins. Ordered cheesless pizza like we always do and plain breadsticks. After an hour of waiting drove to location to ask about our order since we couldn't get thru to the store. Once again call center took our call. Got to store and was informed our order was already dispatched and couldn't give me a clue as to when. Waited in parking lot for awhile and watched a couple delivery drivers come and go so went ahead and went home. Another 45 mins past and finally got our delivery. It was a delivery driver I watched leave the store. Food was ice cold, wings were not hot. Pizza was wrong and breadstick was incorrect. Only reason we ordered was Marcos told us they had a 2 hour wait. This store needs to fix their issues as this isn't the first time and have lost our business.Don't use a call center as this leaves consumers in the dark.If you are slammed stop accepting delivery and only do carryout.Consumer interaction is poor, no apology, no let me call and see where driver is, (wait the pizza was still in the store).

The service was HORRIBLE. I called to inform them that my order arrived cold, and Victor hung up on me. I called again, and was on hold for 10 mins, and they hung up on me. I cannot wait to receive the survey!!

I placed an order for a medium sized pepperoni pizza by phone on 11/28/23 and no one answered in the store so the call center took my order. Once my order was placed, I waited in my car for fifteen minutes and then went inside the store. I expressed to Robyn the manager how I wasn't pleased with the price of my pizza and plus I was not given the opportunity to select any specials that were available. She literally laughed in my face and told me that the price that I paid for one pizza, I could have ordered two for the same price. She did not offer to make any adjustments or discounts based on what happened when the order was placed. Once I arrived at home, I called back to let the manager know that I was not pleased with how I was treated as a customer. I told her that as a manager, she did not offer to make this situation better by offering any discounts or by giving me the opportunity to change my order, and that I was upset based on the unfair treatment. It was not until I expressed my concerns, that she told me that I would receive a credit and it would have to be used in thirty (30) days. This is poor customer service in my opinion when a customer has to tell a manager that they had not tried to intervene in order to solve a problem correctly during the time of service and that they were dissatisfied with the entire transaction. I hope that no one else has to experience this type of unfair treatment in the future.

Ordered food for my son's birthday party. After the arrival time has passed we checked the tracker which said arrived. So we called several times only to be hanged up on. I had to run to jacks for food. The food finally arrived. If they only answered the phones. Without a refund, we will not be returning

Do not order from here! Or any other Pizza Hut. An order of 2 medium pizzas, 2 orders of wings (1 traditional,1boneless) and a cookie, over $71!!!! 19.97 before tax for 12 traditional wings?!?!?! $1.66 a wing. Oh and everything was cold on arrival. Search other pizza places. DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money here.
