Order took 30 minutes for a dine in order. Mentioned it was taking a long time multiple times to the staff and it seemed no one cared.

we live two minutes from here so obviously it’s our normal taco bell. well the last time we went up there they forgot to even put my food in the bag and no matter what, when i ask for NO lettuce, they could careless… mind you i’m pregnant so i’m pretty pissed. went tonight, asked for 5 layer and loaded nacho fries. my husband also got a 5 layer burrito but had asked for no sour cream. well they assumed just because one asked for no sour cream it would just be easier to make everything with no sour cream…. then i go to eat my loaded nacho FRIES and when i open up the box it was literally nachos with some stale chips.
absolutely refuse to go back to this location!

Service was slow. The worker at the window looked unprofessional in her bonnet and was argumentative about overcharging me. The chicken tastes like it had been there all day.

Almost 60 yrs old and this was one of the very worst experiences of my life. I went inside and ordered, waited patiently 16 minutes for the chicken to cook, and asked the young guy if he made one 3 piece, and one 2 piece box. He said yes, and I went home with two 2 piece boxes. Now I have to get dressed again and go back, not getting to eat with my 94 yr old mother, who bought my dinner.
It makes me angry that even after I asked him, he lied to me. The male manager was on duty when I got back with my mis-order, and he could not have cared less, for my wasted time and gas. He was extremely rude, and unconcerned, and unapologetic. Did I mention rude? He talked down to me, and was so disrespectful, that I will never go back there. I will go across the street to Jacks, for chicken. And I will drive to Hazel Green for Taco Bell.
I have never been treated so inappropriately in my adult life!
The one star, that I gave this store, was for the female manager, who was there when I placed my order, but obviously off duty when I returned 30 minutes later.

From my experience, this is the worst Taco Bell/KFC location. The line is always incredibly long, the food is consistently stale, and the intercom is always broken, forcing you to drive up to the window just to place an order. The customer service is terrible, and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired.

Literally they just close whenever they want. So don’t depend on the store hours. And honestly don’t depend on getting your order right either. Oh, and corporate won’t get back to you either.

I kept seeing the commecial for the Crunchwrap supreme, it had me wanting one... Against my better judgment I went and by fair the worst. The inside was closed so drive thru it was. After sitting in line for 20mins, I paid for my food and pulled up to leave but decided to check my food, the nacho fries were super cold. The line was even longer at this point so I just went home... At home I cut that Crunchwrap in half and didn't see any meat, i had to dig in that sandwich to find the teaspoon of meat.. I wasted my money as the whole meal went into the garbage, upset that i didn't take a pic before I did it.. I never cared for Taco Bell and this confirmed why.

Showed up at 8:20pm on a Friday. They were closed but inside counting the registers.

4pm on a different Friday. Go to the drielve thru. Asked to wait a minute. 10 mins later i drive away and park to go walk in. I only wanted a medium drink. Lobby closes due to "remodeling".

Horrendous service. Orders have been wrong on several occasions including tonight's order. Per the placard on the window it says no refunds but the food will be remade and the manager took issue with his own policies.
