I ordered a steak quesadilla and I never. never had a steak quesadilla like this, it had almost to no streak. and onions on a quesadilla.

Got an order from KFC for my wife and one fron Taco Bell for me and both were wrong. My wives was completely the wrong food where as mine had been made entirely incorrectly. Wouldnt reccomend really.

We watched the manager stand there and play on Her phone.While my children's orders were half made sitting on the line instead of completing what they could they waited for one piece of chicken to cook. Then she decided to get smart with me saying that she's waiting on the chicken while the rest of the stuff just sits there for ten minutes. No communication

I ordered a deluxe box and didn’t get my chalupa or cinnamon twist, also ordered a few other things and didn’t get my gordita crunch or my other chalupa. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, take the extra few minutes and go to the Hazel Green taco bell.

This Taco Bell is hands down by far the worst Taco Bell in the whole of the northern part of the state. The employment needs a complete overhaul. The restaurant seems to lack proper management to care about the restaurant and the customers. I have not stopped until today because again like today the employees claim to have a problem that conveniently prevents them from doing their job and would allow them to sit in the lobby while customers circle the building confused about if the speaker box is broke why would we have to come inside and why would we would not be able to give our order threw the window. Complete laziness as I sit and give this review looking at the employees with a headset on their head none the less sit in the dining room laughing with each other.

I ordered a $20 double mash 7 piece meal and when I got home I realized they forgot 3 of my pieces of chicken. I tried to call 3 times with no answer. I can't believe they forgot almost HALF of my chicken and don't even answer their phone. They need to do better...
