This Taco Bell is hands down by far the worst Taco Bell in the whole of the northern part of the state. The employment needs a complete overhaul. The restaurant seems to lack proper management to care about the restaurant and the customers. I have not stopped until today because again like today the employees claim to have a problem that conveniently prevents them from doing their job and would allow them to sit in the lobby while customers circle the building confused about if the speaker box is broke why would we have to come inside and why would we would not be able to give our order threw the window. Complete laziness as I sit and give this review looking at the employees with a headset on their head none the less sit in the dining room laughing with each other.

I ordered a $20 double mash 7 piece meal and when I got home I realized they forgot 3 of my pieces of chicken. I tried to call 3 times with no answer. I can't believe they forgot almost HALF of my chicken and don't even answer their phone. They need to do better...

Under staffed is what I'm always told. lobby always closed so you sit in line forever just to not get all your food and end up in a longer line then before so you can get the rest of your food. It's safe to say after 4 years of this bs, it's clear the franchise owners just doesn't care about it's stuff or customers. Surprise this location even functions.

They were nice and clean. Only problem was the quality. I’m not the one to complain about much but my Crunchwrap looked like it was made by a 5 year old. I went to return it and they were nice about it and told me they didn’t have anymore of the big Crunchwrap tortillas so they used a smaller one…if yall don’t have the ingredients, don’t sell them to me, bc now I’m buying a smaller Crunchwrap, ontop of it being put together super sloppy. Fast food is fast food, but this was rushed with no care.
