They always ALWAYS forget stuff in your order .and half the time it’ll be multiple things missing. I have never once gone there with them getting my order correctly - something is always missing or order is incorrect .

Honestly the food was good but i got two five dollar boxes. Supposedly their fryer was down so the young man said he couldn't do the chalupas but could do I guess a normal 5 dollar box? I'm not sure but I ended up with two tacos, two buritos, and two cinnamon twist with two drinks. I just thought it would've had something else to replace what would've normally been the chalupa. But what I did get was super yummy and the young gentleman working was super nice. One last thing is this location DOES NOT sell freezes which I was a little disapointed about that.

This review is solely based off my experience today at the drive-through around 2 PM . I went through the drive-through. The drive-through time was pretty pretty good. I spent about $32 off three kids meals, two tacos and a nacho fry box deluxe. I had requested the Doritos Locos taco supreme And the beefy layer to add rice and extra nacho cheese. I drove up, met up with a girl at the window, got my food . Just as I was driving home, I opened up my box cause I was so eager to eat my food to notice. My fries were extremely cold not only cold, but shriveled up. I don’t think those things have seen some heat in a while . First of all, they’re are hold times Extremely advise the store manager or shift leads That they need to educate their employees on hold And the importance of it due to quality and health hazards. Also, when I got back home, and finally got to dig into my beefy And my Doritos Locos taco Doritos Locos taco Was not supreme, so I was upcharged for absolutely no reason. Also, my burrito was full of beans and rice. There was hardly any nacho cheese. So again, I was overcharged for something that I did not receive. For a business that is licensed through Taco Bell I expect a lot more. No wonder people drive to Hazelgreen Or the hood in North Huntsville To get Taco Bell, because boy The incompetence, The quality Accuracy is so much better that it’s worth driving 10 miles than two in our local Meridianville Taco Bell/KFC . This is left so that the Store Manager and the Store Manager leads educate their employees and train them better.
