This was the first time I have been to this specific location. I always get the same thing at Waffle House which is the chicken sandwich delux. It’s always so good. I sent my dad and he got it for to go and the first bite was so chewy and nasty. I tried another bite on the other side and it was ok. But then the same thing happened again I couldn’t handle it. Almost the whole thing was so chewy and just disgusting like rubber . The hash brown was crunchy and perfect. But I was very disappointed with my purchase . I tried to break the chicken apart with my fingers, and it was too tough. I can’t even break an open. I thought I will be going back to this location in the future !

I spend a lot of money at the waffle house that I frequent on a daily basis, decided to stop at this Waffle house. Because it was closer to my home. Food was okay. Staff was not friendly at all, except the one lady. That looks like she may be Hawaiian or puerto rican. She was awesome, but she was not our waitress. There's a little Caucasian girl, young She was the reason that I stopped going to this Waffle house. Her attitude is just horrible. She does not pay attention or be attentive to her customers. And I feel that if you are a Brown person, you really get bad service from het, I asked for a glass of ice water sucking on my straw, drinking my water looked down and there was something dark I could see a shadow in an ice cube. It was a fly called the manager, black man He said, oh, it's a dead fly pointed at my plate, and said, this is what you had to eat i I I'll pay for it and didn't say. I'm sorry I did not apply. Apologize, not one time and walked away.I understand that that could be a busy place.There was only one person two people in there.When we arrived, customer service has fallen off at these places.People don't care.They don't take pride in their jobs.I'm myself is in customer service and there is no way on this earth that I would treat people.The way you get treated at this waffle house. Never again will I eat here and will inform my family to stay away.

I ordered $30 food to go , they weren’t busy and I got told I can’t sit at the bar and wait for my order. I’m sure the waitress was following policy but either way probably not a great idea to treat customers like that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Order was a little wrong and forgot toast. No big deal though. Would highly recommend this Waffle House.
A couple of weeks ago, I was staying in Hazel Green and ended up eating at Waffle House both mornings... The food was excellent... The servers were so busy, but they were still smiling and they were very polite to everybody and very nice! Hands down, the best waffle house i've ever been to!

Horrible service. Others were waited on before us, come to find out the waitresses thought the other was assigned our booth. To top that fiasco off, we were served one at a time. By the time I received my order (waffle with a side of bacon), the other two in our party of three had finished their meal. Oddly, I received my bacon first, then my waffle when I was half finished with my side of bacon. This location needs to be re-staffed. There are personality conflicts, as our waitress was bad mouthing the other.

Diana & Tye did a great job this evening.. despite being understaffed our food was delicious, & we didn't wait long. They both had great attitudes despite working so hard. It was a pleasant experience being served by them.

Order to go you will get it faster than sitting down. We waited for an hour to get our food because they were making take out orders. Right as we went to leave the food came and it was fine, classic Waffle House but we definitely didn’t expect to wait so long.
