My order was completely wrong. My cup had a sticky residue and items were missing from my order. The window #2 staff were unprofessional and unwilling to correct the mistakes to my order.

Some people always tell me to not go to McDonald’s because you pacifically asked for something and they still end up getting wrong. I pacifically asked for a double cheeseburger no pickle extra onions give me pickles with no Onions what’s going on? Are yall have back there?

I drove to the window to speak with a manager about the employee who had an attitude and was extremely impatient taking my order at the drive through window. Imagine my surprise when I ask for the manager and that's who was taking my order. Not only did she continue to have an attitude and show no patience, she doubles down on it trying to make it seem like I'm stupid and me asking a question was annoying her and wasting her time. Showed no regret and began arguing with me. Avoid at all costs, customer service is awful and will have you ready to fight. Take the time and drive to another location and save yourself the headache and rise in blood pressure.

Very rude, unprofessional, ignorant staff. The food isn't fresh they can never get the order right. The wait time is 30 minutes, or more. This is one of the worst McDonald's in Birmingham. This location waste of time any money

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was just trying to pick up an online order at around 9pm, an hour before their inside is stated to close, and I get inside and they make me go through the long drive thru line. I waited 20 extra minutes for the order, even though I could see it inside. Employees are rude and slow, and the food wasn’t even really good.

Poor quality, excessive waiting in drive through, and incomplete order. Unfortunately, a TOTALLY disappointing experience with this McDonald's.
This was the final straw. I'll never eat here again. I went at 7:26 p.m. this particular time. I won't go all the way into this bc it will piss me off again. But just know, these young teenagers are rude. And get smart with you, play too much at work. I asked for a manger last time the girl in the window tells me that the manager wasn't there I do so you're telling me y'all just here by y'all selves? She said something smart I said what you say she says I said what I said ? oh ok. Things escalate. I thank God My daughter was in the car to talk me down bc I was going in there with a belt bc who are you talking to? It was also some flamboyant fellow that came to the door screaming at me. Like what? It really took me out of character. I'm an adult with 3 children, my children wouldn't ever handle me like that. 15,17,19. Any child that gets rude with an adult is an adult and you should get treated as such. Close this 1 down or you need new Management and crew here. They won't get anymore of my money. Not even a fry or drink here ever again. And then when I get my food home I open up my sandwich and I get this. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I'm over it! We work hard for our money. You never know the next person's situation. We as customers deserve to be served correctly. I remember working for McDonald's for my first Job. And they didn't play about customer service. I later became a manager. Customer Service is not where it used to be.. back then. And I see why my friends have boycotted these restaurants. And now I'm not far behind them.

POSTPARTUM CHRISTMAS BLUES@ the Drive Thru Cashier on 12/26/2023 11:30 ish in Midfield, Alabama . . . .Talking about nasty and ugly. She didn’t want to return to work today, the day after Christmas. Her attitude was less than pleasant and just tired. It seems she was mad at someone either before coming to work or after she clocked-in. I didn’t do anything to you except said “Hi or Hello.”

Order was not correct and this isnt the first time it happened. They forgot my condiments and pickles on my double cheeseburger, so it was just patties, buns, and meat. And a while back when we soordahsed them we ordered 4 meals but we only got 1. Which was the kids meal. That was not enough to feed my family.
