This review is more about the service vs the food. I stopped at this location on a rainy Sunday and I had kind of a large order that included 4 happy meals. The young lady at the counter saw that I didn’t have enough hands for all of the food I had and helped me carry it to my car in the rain. It was very much appreciated.
I don't know what has happened to the customer service for McDonald's is too damn slow it is ridiculous how long you wait in line to receive a greeting from an employee and it is ridiculous how long you have to wait upon your food McDonald's has went to hell in a handbasket but the fish fillet sandwich was awesome it was hot and fresh but it took too damn long
All I know is you all have a cook Brian and he has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THEIR MIDFIELD LOCATION. THEY JUST NEED TO MOVE FASTER BUT 9 OUT OF 10 FOR SURE
