They don’t do add on at the window I GUESS so I had to go back around which nobody was in line which was soooo stupid to me then my food cold but my fries was good. My daughter fries are cold though

Rally’s is one of my favorite restaurants I come here mostly EVERYDAY just to get their swirl ice cream it’s very addicting. Today was even better I was treated well by the manager Keown who was very sweet and generous towards me. I really appreciate his marvelous customer service. Thanks a lot Keown!!!!
