The absolute worst American Deli EVER! The website says they close at 9:30 but at 9:00 they close the grill so you can not get certain foods. Customer service is sub standard. I DO NOT recommend. You are better going to Cobbs Ford Rd location.

I always order the same thing everytime I go here. Steak Philly with the wings. My order is hit or miss. The Philly is always good, but the fries are usually undercooked, and the wings have been really small and hard AH lately. $10 on wigs you cant eat is ridiculous. I most definitely will not be ordering wings again.

The Ruben sandwich was seriously lacking in corned beef, were they out of corned beef and just didn’t want to say so? The rest of the meal was fine

Last time going here the girl at the cash register taking orders is always rude and very unfriendly ordered a large order of cheese fries and charged me for a ranch dressing and was very rude and snappy about it this is not the first time I have met this unhappy cashier and always very unfriendly but Chinatown next door will always take care of you with a smile we'll go there from now on

The customer service here is LACKING. They’ve gotten as rude as Ann St. in Montgomery. They don’t like to answer the phone. The young lady asked my husband to insert his card a second time. He said, “ I hope you won’t charge me twice.” She replied, “ I don’t steal.” He asked her if she was having a bad day because she was so curt. She asked him if he was having a bad day. Smh. Customer service lacks a lot of places now. I understand people have bad days, but goodness, at least try. Prattville’s food is just as good.
