Last time going here the girl at the cash register taking orders is always rude and very unfriendly ordered a large order of cheese fries and charged me for a ranch dressing and was very rude and snappy about it this is not the first time I have met this unhappy cashier and always very unfriendly but Chinatown next door will always take care of you with a smile we'll go there from now on

The customer service here is LACKING. They’ve gotten as rude as Ann St. in Montgomery. They don’t like to answer the phone. The young lady asked my husband to insert his card a second time. He said, “ I hope you won’t charge me twice.” She replied, “ I don’t steal.” He asked her if she was having a bad day because she was so curt. She asked him if he was having a bad day. Smh. Customer service lacks a lot of places now. I understand people have bad days, but goodness, at least try. Prattville’s food is just as good.

Nice portion size on the food being served at this location they give enough rice to feed two maybe three people. Employees keep it really clean in here for a public place. I enjoyed my lunch and had a nice chat with the young lady working. Thank you all for your service will be

The food is decent but the light skin girl with lots of piercings in her ear has a DISGUSTING attitude. She is extremely rude and is not someone they should have at the front counter. She made the entire experience bad for me.

I order a burger with wings and I asked for medium wings like not so hot but they gave me hot wings instead which I'm very disappointed in this American deli and I will not be coming back to it. And the service wasn't that great to be honest but it was quick. But I don't recommend going to this American deli because it sucks tbh.

The food was disgusting. The fries taste like they're baked just barely and don't have an ounce of seasoning on them.

Sign and website says open at 1030. I was at the door at 1045 while I was also calling in the order. There were 5 employees in the store. No one was answering the phone nor did they open the door when I was knocking. I know they saw me as they looked straight at me and started talking. This was extremely unprofessional to advertise open at 1030 and not open. I will never go to Millbrook American Deli again as I was very dis-respected

The Philly is AMAZING. I live around 13 minutes from this location and by the time I got home it was STILL almost too hot to handle/eat! The flavor was on point, not too seasoned definitely not bland! Location was clean. Will be back!
