I don't know if the food is good or not because I ended up staying behind a car for 5 minutes today (12/21/25 at 12:55pm) in the drive through and I don't think they ordered as they went inside. Then, when it was my turn, they told me to hold on their short staff. Too many other options for short-staffed establishments or poor customer service. I will not be back.

I like Captain Ds, I even worked for them as a young adult but the time it took to get food was crazy, I guess there are no secret shoppers anymore. Maybe due to not enough staff, not sure. Food was great

I gave them a second chance and I’m glad I did! We ordered the fish and fries and it was delicious! Prepared fresh, nice and hot and crispy and very friendly service at the drive-through window! 😊
