I like Captain Ds, I even worked for them as a young adult but the time it took to get food was crazy, I guess there are no secret shoppers anymore. Maybe due to not enough staff, not sure. Food was great

I gave them a second chance and I’m glad I did! We ordered the fish and fries and it was delicious! Prepared fresh, nice and hot and crispy and very friendly service at the drive-through window! 😊
Cassie is one of the best employees I have ever ran into for a drive-thru fast food restaurant. She took superb care of my order. Made sure that it come out correct and had a very friendly attitude and great conversation definitely Will be back. Any other time that I have went , I have always received the Best customer service by every employee.

I pulled into the drive thru and was told one minute... it's been about 10 any no order taken. On my last visit it was a manager and what seemed like a very new person working. Like come on, figure it our or close the doors

I asked for a giant fish combo and when I opened my sandwich the lettuce was brown and old and I asked for no mayo and they put mayo on it. They are very slow and they do your food wrong and I will not go there again?
