Service was great. Prices were decent, until we received our food. Looked like a $12.99 plate instead of $23.99. Food was good. A 14.99 plate of 2 catfish looked like one piece of fish had been cut in half to make 2 pieces. Although, you get the slaw, beans and hushpuppies before...the plates barely had any food. Not everyone at our table of 9, ate the slaw, beans and hushpuppes. Sodium content reasons and some people just do not eat certain things. I ate them and they were good. Just disappointed about the portions on the plates. I know people have cut back and prices are higher. I should have taken a picture and you would understand. BTW...they added a gratuity of $12.00 for 3 people on one ticket. We had 2 separate tickets. Everyone tipped anyway. We didn't realize it until we left. I knew the amount didn't sound right. I wasn't paying, therefore I didn't see the ticket.

The Catfish House has a great selection of seafood and sides. We love to eat here when we come to Prattville. When you sit down bowls of fresh hush puppies, white beans, and slaw are set on the table to eat while you wait for your entree and choice of side. It’s always busy so expect a wait but so worth it! An extra treat is the beautiful salt water fish tank full of colorful fish of all kinds. They also have a senior choice of catfish fillets.

This is a really nice place. The food was great except the one thing in the name. Catfish. I got the Catfish fillet but should have got the whole catfish. The fillets have the slimy grey stuff on them that tastes bad. The fillets also were only two 3” pcs. More like nuggets for $20. The rest of the food was awesome but I expected way more from the catfish since the name is catfish house.
