5 stars all the way around since the new GM has taken over! I can’t give this guy enough props. You can tell he loves his job, takes pride in it, and works really well with his team! The team looks happy to be there. The previous GM could neverrrrrr. Food quality is insanely better and we will definitely start ordering from here more often (we stopped while the store was under previous management.) Great job at turning things around and back into a positive experience!

I had a disappointing experience with an order 6 months ago. I contacted dominoes and shared the negative experience. Teresa Otterman(Executive Assistant) apologized and said she would send me a gift certificate for a free pizza which never arrived. Empty promises= Dominos. I will NOT be back to this store ever.

PRDER WEBSITE IS DEFUNCT , FINALLY GOT LIVE PERSON THEN THEY TRIED TO GROSSLY OVERCHARHE ME FOR THE ORDER THEN WAS ASKED HPW MUCH I NORMALLY PAY FOR MY ORDER THEN CUT PRICE BY 3 DOLLARS THEN I CANCELLED AND HUNG UP AND CALLED THEIR COMPETITOR

So we placed a ordered order kinda late (it was around 9ish) and was trying to pay with my Venmo but ran into some issues which caused a delay in me placing my order (it was a little after 10) the store called immediately after my order was placed to inform me that they no longer did in store pickup after 10pm. Not only did they switch my order to delivery the person I spoke with worked with me on the unexpected delivery fee. ON TOP OF THAT the food was so hot and FRESH I swear the driver had to cook it in her car! Whoever worked the night shift on 12/18 definitely deserve some recognition!

Ordered from the manager Matt at the Millbrook, AL location (7.7 miles). I called to ask if they delivered at my address and Matt confirmed in fact they do. So I ordered and payed for my food. 20 minutes later I get a call back from Matt telling me they don’t deliver to my area and for me to try Prattville (9.3 miles). Keep in mind this is after I have already payed and sat here waiting for delivery. Now you would think Matt would own his mistake and still deliver but you guessed it, no. Matts resolution and only option was to cancel our order and try another store. No wonder this location can’t stay staffed and is riddled with customer facing issues. Corporate needs to get some leadership in place to show what right looks like because this definitely isn’t it.

The food was not good and I won't be going again. I ordered a Supreme pizza for 9.99, there was 3 pieces of mushroom, a little pepperoni, and Black olives. NOT GOOD!When I picked up my order I saw male employees with facial hair and NO hair nets.

2nd bad experience. I've only ordered 3 times from here. Absolutely incompetent. Ordered and was told order was ready so I went in. Waited another 20 minutes to find out they made the wrong kind of chicken. No apologies. Wasted my time before going to work only to not get any food. So pissed.

As much as I Love Domino's Pizza, I Won't be ordering from This Millbrook, AL. Ever again! Consistent issues over past year without any improvement despite contacting corporate, and speaking with Teresa Otterman it doesn't help or improve any! Employees are Rude, Sarcastic and have no problems feeling like they have a right to Raise their voices at customers. REFUSE to give name as LEGALLY they Don't have to was what was told to me last time I placed an order. Not very professional whatsoever! Quality of food lacks consistency and never knew pizza was served with NO SAUCE! Many times no delivery driver available so store called and cancelled order, or told me to pick it up.Bottom line, it's not always What you say or do,but How it's said n done that counts. I refuse to pay for unprofessional, rude and at times down right abusive bully type treatment.I Don't recommend this store as they need to learn how to better treat customers and realize without customers, they wouldn't have a job!

NUMEROUS times my friend and I myself have ordered an XL Pizza, with extra cheese, extra sauce and extra pepperoni. And every single time, we get the normal amounts for every request when ordering. This is beyond frustrating as paying customers.On top of that, don't even bother ordering Brooklyn style, because they will just give you a typical hand tossed pizza. I'm guessing they just say, "What's the difference?"And to make matters worse a month ago the person who picked up my call hung up on me right as I tried to place an order.

Been waiting on pizza for over an hour and they hang up when you call drive up there and it's oh well sorry we were busy....no offer to make it right will make sure I never use them again...ridiculous

Ordered new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread carryout, when I arrived to pick up my order I stood in the lobby for five minutes waiting for someone to show up. When I got home with my order I realized there was no pepperoni in it, and the cheese that was inside was all in the center and not fully cooked.
