I got a cinnamon freezer and it was very good the women at the window was dark haired and she told me her name I don’t remember it exactly but I think it started with like a L she was very patient and helpful with me figuring out my drink to order! I will be coming back!

either the ppl there lie because they dont want to work or the training is terrible. can't believe they have worked there 2 months and still dont know how to ground espresso😒 very disappointed. wont be back to that location

I don't usually frequent this location since I don't live here; however, while in town today I stopped by to have my usual! The service was great and the girls were awesome!

Ordered a coffee this morning 9/6/25 right after 7am. Was a new girl at the window. I always order the iced Venetian vanilla. Sometimes when ordering I can tell by the color it isn’t right. More Carmel color than white appearance. Tastes more like iced caramel latte. Today that’s what it looked like but I went ahead and took it cause I like them too. So no worries. OMG! When I took the first sip of it it tasted like straight up sugar. So so terribly sweet. Probably the worst coffee I’ve had there unfortunately…I even came home and tried to add more coffee to it but it was just too sweet. I ended up having to trash it. Hoping it’ll get better cause I really love Ellianos. Doesn’t happen often and she looked new so hopefully just a learning thing.
