Solid food and solid service. Very cozy spot with a charm that makes you feel like you're in a family member's dining room. Food is very reasonably priced and comes out hot. Staff is always very patient and friendly. It's an authentic southern experience, whether you're a southerner or a visitor. Go as often as you can.

I think this place has been the most exceptional restaurant I've been to in a very long time! Staff was amazing! Miss Angela served us along with another beautiful lady i didn't catch the name of! The most attentive staff! Sweet Miss Pat, I'm assuming our chef in the back, came to check on everyone and I explained how amazing the bread was ! SHE GAVE ME THE RECIPE!! Never in my life have i felt so accepted so fast by such wonderful staff! Losing my grandmother a few years ago, it felt like I was in her kitchen again! Will be going every weekend when I visit my father! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu! Food was AMAZING

First timer and I will return. Affordable. Host, server, and owner customer service was phenomenal! I had the wakie wakie meal and it was okay to me. I tried the fish off of someone at my tables plate and it was chefs kiss! Every time a server brought a plate out I said “oooh that looks good” 😅 Peach Mimosa pitcher is good and was shared between four people at our table.

This was our first time visiting and the staff made it very special. We had a birthday and they were so sweet, even the owner Ms. Pat came out and sang! She also just stayed to talk with us which we appreciated! The food was very good, fish & grits were our favorite! The mimosas were perfectly poured! I’ll definitely be back.

Had the biscuits and gravy and a side of bacon. Wife had the bacon and cheese omelette with a Hugh biscuit on the side. Fantastic .
My breakfast fed me 3 meals and the blueberries were so fresh that they burst juice!!!

I almost hesitate to leave an awesome review, because the place is going to stay full all the time! Seriously, excellent food, the staff are wonderful, and it has a really great down-home vibe. If you're up for a weekend, breakfast or brunch, you gotta try this place!
