WHO EVER WAS TAKEN ORDER AT DRIVE THRU WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! if they do not wanna work going home no need to be disrespectful and rude and make comments and not have patience. She seem a lil too comfortable doing it so it's a common and management obviously doesn't care.

The food is great, and the staff are really friendly! You can get breakfast until noon each day. The burgers are tasty, too!
(Update:Got charged as a BLT hand breaded chicken sandwich I’m sure that’s more expensive than what they gave me.)I’m not mad the sandwich I got was pretty good,but I just wanted to say about an hour ago we came through the drive thru and ordered we ended up not getting the sandwich I wanted instead got one different.We had to repeat our order because the lady taking the order said the order back to us and got one thing wrong so we corrected her without any problem and thought we got it corrected.I don’t know if she still couldn’t understand what we wanted or if the guy that handed us the food put the wrong thing in our bag.I ordered a BLT hand breaded chicken sandwich we were the only car in the drive thru it wasn’t busy so I didn’t think they could get that wrong,but anyway we got home and the sandwich they gave me was a chicken sandwich with pickles.I know there are mess ups sometimes just wanted to share my story.I will be checking my bag in the parking lot next time even if it isn’t busy and all we order is 2 different combos.

We stopped at Hardee’s in Millbrook on Sunday evening 9/29/2024 around 7:50 pm. I typically have great service at this location. Especially at breakfast. The lady that took our order was extremely upset that we came to this establishment so close to closing time which is 8:00. Her attitude was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They have great burgers but tonight the cashier named Ima was less than stellar. Store #1501466 Order #370564

Someone that works at this place is taking pictures of people's debit cards and using them. Happened to my son,was the only place he went.?
Food was dry Chicken sandwich & a Frisco burger was dry. Our gift card was for $25.00 our total for order 1856 &18.56 they took all of it & ask how much $2.58 cash. So our 2114 order cost us $27.58 Never going there again highway 14 Millbrook Alabama worst Hardee’s ever!
