The food was good enough, a bit cold. But what really ruined my experience was the manager. She was absolutely rude and had an attitude. If she hated her job that much she needs to quit instead of making bad experiences for the customer. She yelled at me and then when they forgot something she asked the girl that was kindly trying to rectify it asked in a snappy tune “What’s he want!?” She needs to go back through training or be fired! First time dining in the restaurant my experience was good, the food was delicious and the cashier was pleasant. Yesterday I decided to get lunch and I don't know who was working that day but it was a big NO! I ordered the two wraps and a large fry. First the cashier on the mic kept rushing me to finish ordering, I got to a spot to eat and one of my wraps did not have any chicken just a few lettuce with tomato halves and disgusting honey mustard. I was going through something that day and chose not to go back and complain. I know the cook who made the wrap knew there was no chicken inside and just did not care smh. This location has some rude staff but I give second chances.

Enjoyed the new Rib sandwich with fries and blueberry pie. It was good. Jack's always have good food. And the restaurant is always clean. Staff is always friendly.
