Honestly disappointed. First I had to repeat my order several times at the drive through while listening to a woman who acted like she didn't know what they had... then I pay and have to wait 15-20 minutes for my food brought out by a guy who placed my food sideways so everything was leaking out. My Dr peper taste like crap.. yall need to seriously reevaluate your establishments employees...

Very friendly experience ❗️ The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and polite. They were fairly busy because it was Sunday after church . They have easy ways to order. Drive through, someone to take you order as well as an electronic system. The manager Gena Evan made a point to make sure our order was correct and everything was to our liking.
Their Food Service HR score was 97 which is outstanding for a fast food restaurant. I peaked over the counter to see if it was clean just to see and it ABSOLUTELY was. Including the bathroom. Thank you 😘KFC for hiring exceptional staff to take care of customers in our area. It was a refreshing experience 🥰

Dining aera closed,couldn't here person on speaker in drive up ,ordered 16 pics family deal with 4 sides and biscuits total price 51 dollars, got home with food had 10 chicken wings and 6 pieces of chicken see photo!!! I give them a 1 because there is no zero save your money go to publix n get a real box of chicken with actual chicken smh!!! Never again!!!

Each time I come I have to check my order and ask for something left off. Also the last time I ordered through drive through I had to go in to get a coleslaw left off. When I went in the lady wad cussing and saying she only put a half order in each bowl of Mac n cheese because she wasn't blank blank going to make more. If an employee doesn't want to do their job why work there.?

Please someone buy and renovate all the dumps in Millbrook. I have seen better looking eating places in Saigon. The food at all these places is also terrible. No taste, getting greasier if that’s possible. I swear the same guy or people own all the fast food joints here. They are all the same, bad

Used the drive thru and was told to pull around because my food was being cooked. Then had to be charged a second time because the clerk had not rung up my meal, only my sons. Guess this location doesn't get a lot of business.

It took a really long time for me to get my food, and it is a huge hole in the drive thru. When I hit the pothole, my car dropped. Not good at all!!!

Absolutely disgraceful!!Everytime i come gere something goes wrongThey never get my order right, online it says they close at 11pm but after placing our order and going through the drive thru twice and trying the door as it was locked? We called and told us they closed at 10pm and wouldnt refund us our money back!When i was at the drive thru the second time the one guy we saw inside shook his head at us and wouldnt even speak to me.After i called he hung up on me as well!1/10 will not be coming here again

OMG the chicken was so tough we could not eat it. Our dog even choked on the few pieces we gave him. I guess if we want fried chicken ever again we will have to go to Prattville.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before some customer yelled over the counter saying you got a customer.. then ordered a five pcs chicken tender and three 3pc chicken meal when got the order home nothing was right and chicken and mash potatoes and gravy were cold I mean ice cold and the chicken strip dipping sauce was not even in the order and the Biscuit was hard as a Rock could not even eat I'm glad I am from out of state I would hate to know this is the KFC in my town . They need to shut this location down or hire a new manager and staff . And while waiting I watched one employee open the chicken nugget tray and reach his bare hand in and get a nugget and put it in his mouth..there ratings will go way down if health department ever does a check.. and for paying $58 food should have been warm at least do not recommend this place to anyone or anything

went for some lunch doors was locked couldnt get in drive thru was extreme slow not worth the visit all other kfc are open and fully operational must be extremely bad managment here at this location will not return
